I am nearly sure you must mean the Asari. They are bisexual, or rather neither a male or female.
I don't want to sound too much "professional", but a fact that there are Quarians with a very femine body build, including breasts, significally wide hips and much higher voice tone - while there are no kids in ME2 - Tali surely IS a girl, more of it, a true woman.

Is Tali bisexual?!
....no
I have a feeling she approaches things alot like Kelly Chambers, species and gender aren't important, just the individual in question. Hopefully she isn't as much of a hoe though. She did say she would link suit environments with Femshep any time, and that as we know is a willingness for intimacy.

And NO, I am not implying anything about what might happen in ME3. We haven't even started working on smaller details. Will Kelly even be in ME3 or not? I don't know. A big part of what guides us is the feedback and telemetry of what players find popular.
So, take note: It's now definitely up to all of us to keep Tali alive and as a playable squad member in ME3!
Go, team Tali!

EDIT: Sorry I got angry, I can't stand when people don't read what
I say and then post something that totally disregards what I said.
I
know there's all kinds of arguements for and against what BioWare might
or might not do, but there's so many variables, the biggest and worse
variable being EA who'll probably pressure BioWare into making an
incomplete product just to get it out.
No hard feelings I hope. >.<

The reason Liara/Ashley/Kaidan/Wrex were all made unplayable in the sequel was because Bioware needed to put these characters in a situation where they were not threatened by the suicide mission, so they could be present in ME3. So Sayeth Casey Hudson.Xena_Shepard wrote...

That is why I will not sit here on this forum and allow people to tell me that she will die, or that she will have minor appearances in ME3, because it isn't possible for Bioware to wreck the classic car they just spent years restoring.
QFT. Well said!
You never know, BioWare might screw us over in an attempt to please people who've never played before, like with ME2, the Liara/Ashley/Kaidan/Wrex fans got screwed, what makes us any different in BioWare's eyes?
It's ****** to begin with, sequels shouldn't be new-player friendly and screw the people who have played since ME1.
Thank you! at least someone else gets it. I've been saying that for a while now.
How many times do I have to say I KNOW that, I SAW the dang interview. But what I'm saying is what does that mean for people who COULD die in ME2??
Well I guess you could counter-argue that Ashley/Kaidan and Wrex could technically not have even made it into ME2 at all either.but I won't.
As for the first part, if they died, they're dead, if they lived, they'll be back. Thats about all any of us can say right nowThe whole point of having a permanent death system in a series with uploadable previous saves is to make everyone's game unique. Some will come through with a full crew, some will come through with partial, some may come back with no crew at all. If Bioware wasn't going to return the crew we had in our save files, they wouldn't allow us to upload in the first place IMO.
Didn't come at you angry faced, she came at me angry faced because she thought i was trying to single her out.

We had a whole discussion on that about 20 pages back. It would be cool, but I still think it's a tool used for machinist work, more than an actual weapon.

A thought occurred to me the while driving home today. You know how everyone says its impossible for Shepard and tali to have kids? Well think back to your first conversation with thane. Shepard has built a career around doing the impossible!
They said he couldn't get to Ilos!
...
just something to think about...
Disparity between accomplishing "impossible" task and violating laws of physics/chemistry/biology.
Bah, there is no difference between "impossible" tasks.
Recomend taking courses in Biology with focus in genetic engineering. Chirality is very important.
Are you implying there are different levels of impossibility? This doesn't make any sense. Something is either A) Impossible orPossible.
Negative. Am implying one is considered impossible. One is actually impossible.
