That's the problem with a fanbase as large as ours. Some of our members are a bit...overzealous, to say the least.



Still...we are more legion than Legion.

Grammar and punctuation are your friends; but seriously, you aren't the only one that likes Jack. I like jack too, I just find Tali better.

As for the whole "freak out" factor....it's a video game.

Part of the fun for me is doing/experiencing stuff I would likely never go anywhere near in real life.

Tali is my favorite LI, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't prefer her to have "normal" feet/hands.

It's all about having fun.

Thought as much. I think both Tali's and Jack's romance scenes are deeply moving in their own right, but Tali does have that special, quirky charm that just does me in every time. Her romance scene - nice as it is - does seem intentially throttled back compared to Jack's though.

That could be a point, a sort of "Look, Tali is someone you can really have a future with" where as Jack is more a spur of the moment kind of girl. Makes you wonder for ME3.

Im kinda glad we dont see her face i mean admit it darth vader became ten times as lame once we saw his face i like me a bit of mystery when it comes to women that said however she wont even be in mass effect 3 if i import my me2 character as she was crushed by a giant peace of medal and shepard just leaves her still seemingly alive ass on the reaper ship. Perhaps, yet then again Darth Vader was a 60+ year old, pale, horribly scarred man who had ca. 80% of his body badly burnt and several limbs decapitated. The use of the Dark Side of the Force obviously didn't do any wonders for his complexion either.

Tali on the other hand is a young, nubile 24 year old Quarian with a spring in her step, a selfless soul and positive things to believe in.

In my opinion the two are not prime material for a direct comparison.

Well you only found all that out after seeing his face nowhere does it speciflcly state shes atrractive i mean she could be a tottal dog for the quarians and it also mentions nobodys seen them without the suits for so long that some poeple actually believe they are part machine so all ill say is yall could be in for a nasty suprise lol but i agree that personality wise there pretty differnt though young vader was somewhat of an idealist himself and i could see her geth hating ways come back to bite us i mean legions down for peace but tali isnt so well see

Hehe! It's possible, true. Yet I'm willing to go with some of the Asaris who have been around long enough to remember what the Quarians looked like without their suits. Of course, when that Asari from Zhu's Hope says that she thought the Quarians were a beautiful people I got the impression she might just as easily have been referring to the soul/culture of the Quarians and not necessarily their physical appearance. I'd be happy if she meant both though. Regardless, I. Must. See. Tali's. Face!

lol ya my grammer wasnt the best there but i mean its a forum whatevs. Dont get me wrong i really like Tali shes cool just expressing some alt viewpoints i do however feel shes wrong about the geth if you get the whole story the quarians seem to be in the wrong on that one. I also gotta replay the game as paragon im just having too much fun shooting people n the middle of conversations though i think the best renegade choice so far was in thanes loyalty mission with the Elias Kelham dude "it only works if you care about the hostage Blam" LMAO so funny

ya, some things cannot be "unseen."  i mean, i give the guy an "e" for effort, but the execution was rather lacking.  the least he could do was do something more conscructive with his free time.  but i digress.

Maybe. I suspect it has more to do with BioWare being a big bunch of teases and dangling the proverbial carrot in front of our collective snouts because it's Tali, a masked Quarian. Jack's Paragon love scene with Shepard is very nicely done - intense, passionate and yet still within the boundaries of being tasteful (a somewhat subjective term I realise).

And then I went home and ate a ham sandwich and it was good, then I turned on my computer and started playing Mass Effect 2... I was in the Collector ship and I had to decide whether to get the Revenant or the Widow at the end I decided to sue the Revenant because It is so cool and is great for killing husks and I hate husks because they take so much damage and do so much damage, the secret really is to take away their armour with inferno ammo then blast them away with biotics combat drones work well too I like combat drones so I always bring Tali on my missions lol
