I don't believe so.  Tali's outfit -- the style of her headscarf especially, is unique.  The other adults, even the ones serving on the Admiralty Board, wear suits like the one that Tali wore in ME1.

Hell, I was going to say that some time around. The game is filled with "problems" involving Dark Energy. Only minor comments, but you may hear them during all the game.

Aha... That happened with me one night with Nathyrra (NWN)...  Long time ago though.

It might be an "after market" suit. As in the other quarians mostly have suits made by the migrant fleet, while Tali got a pal to make her a spiffy new one.
