It's really hard to tell, there's so many possible hints for all of them.
Miranda- hired established actress to VO her and be her face
Jack- The Dev team talk about her alot in interviews, including Casey Hudson
Tali- cuz she's friggin incredible! Also, a returning character, and the first of your old team that you meet in the game.

Ashley- sort of the canon for ME1 apparently
Liara- probably the most common LI choice in ME1

So i dunno. Seriously hope it's Tali tho

While I know you can pick who you want to be with there are still some things that stand in this games on going story.  I beleive that Liara is the true intended LI of the ME trilogy and that Tali is their strong second.  Both characters care for you deeply and they both hurt over your death and continued to either think about you and do things for you.  This is dispite how you may have treated them in ME1.

Hmmm....you make a valid point....cause Liara does continue to help....but to me Tali is ahead of Liara because she actively cared about while you were dead and then wants to be with you.  Liara kind of acts like she moved on and changed.

Yeah. The romance has such a nice build-up. You know, you can listen to her Audio Logs and she says "I wish Shepard was here..." and when you are on her loyalty mission, you can give her a nice hug. And even Kelly says that there is chemistry between you and her...

Well, I massacred Antilles in a ritualistic battle because he descrated my honor, Kami decided to evolve and extra toe on the outisde of his foot to see what it'd feel like, KFD cloned himself, allowing him to post almost twice as fast as he normally does (almost), and Marineborn has started a small, but extremely successful cult worshipping the holy image image of the sacred Chicken Foot.

I'm a veritiable engine of industry today, Knight. Three new compositions started and completed today (two this morning, one in the afternoon), grocery shopping completed and hours upon hours of posting on this thread while keeping an okay pace. Watch out mister!

Exactly....in a long stretching story Arc Tali fits the love story side of it best because of build up and general love and affection between the two....but i also think liara does to......but tali is the only woman for  my shep.

Hmmm....you make a valid point....cause Liara does continue to help....but to me Tali is ahead of Liara because she actively cared about while you were dead and then wants to be with you.  Liara kind of acts like she moved on and changed.

Liara was the one who went hunting for Shepard's body and worked with Cerberus to get him for their Lazarus project. Liara cared. Liara probably still cares.
