Really, though,  it wasn't half bad. Kind'a obvious, though, since they were both gratuitous Tali hate and death scenes.

I am upset that just because the writing includes the character being hurt, you assume it is out of hate. It was simply written to evoke an emotional response other than "flowers and bunnies".

You do realize he just struck the 'emotional cord' that he was looking for, right?  You need to calm down there anyway, pal. =P

Troll or not, this is a public forum, and he's entitled to post whatever he likes, within the terms of service.

If you have a qualm with him, take it to PM's, not this thread.

We confirm. Only hardcore and/or insane people are able to find Geth Technology.

Nah. Choice in romance is one pf the perks of BioWare games. I think there should be less, perhaps; one for males, one for females, and one that goes either way. In ME2, I would have had Tali for men, Jacob for teh womens, and Miranda for both. Save Garrus for the final game.
It would allow the three romances to be developed a lot more.

lol well wait, im sure a lot of gay men out there would disagree with you on that. and why just jacob for the women, personally i found jacob boring compared to others, I'd rather have frog faced Thane or scaly Garrus over Jacob any day.

Miranda? It seemed like just sex because it wasn't really paced well.
Thane? It was good, but the issue was pacing.
Tali? Best because it was developed over two games.
Garrus? I liked it, but would have been better for the third.
Jack? Just sex, like Miranda.
Jacob? No one seemed to like him as a romance option, but this seems to me because it was the least well-developed.
Kelly? Not sure if she counts and either way, didn't really like it.

So of this, you have three good options. Garrus seems best for the women, Tali for the men, Thane can swing both way if you wanted it to be that way, and bring back Liara for the other bi option. Garrus, Liara, and Tali work well since they are developed over two games and Thane was very well written.

Jack, Miranda, Jacob, and Kelly didn't really work in my opinion. Jacob maybe if worked on would have been a lot better. But Jack, Miranda, and Kelly didn't really work for me.

everyone says Jack's romance was just sex, but if you go the paragon way to romancing her, it's actually quite touching.

I prefer the choice of who to romance....Bioware just needs to develop all of them per romance and deliver a happy conclusion to all of them.

But I will always choose Tali

I did that and it still didn't do much for me. Why? The way it was written previously and pacing.

As for development:
The romance options are, in terms of the grand scheme of the game, a secondary concern at best. Hence, the less options we have, the better chance we have at each choice being developed well since they won't have to focus on too many. It is unlikely that they will spend double the time writing the romances which they did in ME2, which in my mind would have made ME2 romances on the level of ME1 in terms of 1v1 quality.

No what you don't get is this:
I have no problem with Tali dying in theg ame but the story this ass wrote included Tali getting shunned by everyone and still being exiled and erased from the Quarian race... it's a mockery of Tali fans, if you read the story then you'd know what i mean.

EDIT: god i don't even know why i post my opinions here, everyone always tells me to calm down, so what am i suposed to do? just stand by and do nothing? do you know whats happened in my life when i've done that before? well i certainly would be better off now if i actually involved myself more and now i'm being ridiculed for it!
Obviously you either don't want to stand up to this person or maybe you actually beleive him...

I'll agree with this, though. The "And she ended up getting exiled the end." part tipped my troll/not troll scale from 99-1 to 100-0.

We already know the Admiralty board doesn't exile a Quarian charged with treason if they're killed on a noble mission.
