Frankly I think they have hair do to the fact there a mammal like species thou one could argue hair would be a moot point as a life time in suit could case “Ball cap” syndrome.

Not enough data available to reach a consensus. Data suggests that Creators are bald for living in suits for a great deal of their life.

Now see that were it gets interesting, now case skin can have the same effect if you were a skin tight suit for to long case skin much like hair need oxygen so could one argue Evo suit may flow some part of oxygen threw the suit to help keep skin happy and allow hair.

Key example Male Quarians helmets are far larger then there female counter parts perhaps to make room? or perhaps Quarians males skulls are more elongated -ponders-. I do think that Quarians helmets have a bit of room in them and we shouldn't judge the shape of them for there head.

If you played Mass Effect 1 and you did Tali's side mission you have the option when you first meet her at the human colony to "Prove it is you" This will unlock an additional conversation when you reach Veetor. You can ask tali to join you and then ask what her mission is. She will explain that it is in Geth space which should tell you how important the mission is.

Thanks to this reference we have concluded that the Tali recruitment mission is the mission that takes priority over Creator Tali'Zora joining Shepard-Commander at the start.

i believe that is from when you do Zaeeds loyalty quest, it'll show a scene of your squadmate leaning against a railway, infront of the waterfall, no dialogue though besides Zaeeds

Creator skin may have evolved to not require air.
As stated before, no consensus has been reached. Requires more data.
