Yesh! I have been working on another chapter in my fan fic blog too getting close to finishing it off. The last 3 chapters aren't so much about tali but I will make up for it in the 6th one

You know, I just thought of something interesting. I'm amazed I didn't see it before.



Tali's Pilgrimage from ME1.



Her pilgrimage was over. We gave her the geth data. We stopped Saren. She tells us in ME1 that after stopping Saren, she'd return to her own people (and how reluctant I was to hear that.)



... but Jacob tells us that Tali was on the Normandy when it was destroyed at the beginning of ME2. Even after saving the Citadel, getting everything she needed to return to her fleet, she was still on the Normandy. Only after it was destroyed did she move on and join the Neema.



So obviously that means her plans had changed. She was going to head back home, but decided to stick around on the Normandy even after her quest was over. And I wonder, I wonder, why she stuck around.

I thought she wasn't going back until Shepard had stopped sovereign and the reapers, because if he didn't she wouldn't have a flotilla to go back to... I imagine at the beginning of ME2, the reaper threat wasn't far from shepard's(or any of the crew's) mind.

Because her feeling for Shepard were getting stronger and stronger.. and even when Shepard died she never gave up hope.

Very sharp on that one, I didn't pick it up. However it could be that she did return to her people, completed her pilgrimage then decided to go on another one? Or perhaps the ME2 universe picks up right after ME1 and she didnt have a chance to book passage on another ship back to the fleet yet. Lotta possibilities
