Hey guys this is urgent: Does anyone remember if I need to pick Tali first or second in order to have her slide down and me grab her? Please someone answer!

Always first, my friend. But when you bring up the weapon wheel, sometimes the first person you choose is on the left, sometimes the right, so I think it might be random.

She's always first in my squad, though. I started putting in 2nd because you have to bring that one person for each loyalty mission, so that she would be in the same spot on the wheel, but it switched every once in awhile no matter which order I added them. Kinda weird, anyways if you reach down and save her, she's not the first person you pull out of the rubble right after that, so it's sort of a lose/lose situation.

i hope your wrong....good point though, but Tali has her name tied to the ship and she has been in both games. Also, the Geth/Quarian war seem it will be in ME3 (maybe, idk) It seems Tali will be a big character in ME3. also if BioWare takes her out of ME3, it appears there will be WWIII

 


Going to end the Tali not in ME 3 debate once and for all.

Quarins take a ship... her last name is  Vas Normandy .... guess what  her not being in ME 3  would contradict the ENITRE  ME 3  universe it just would not make any sense for her not be on the Normandy as part of the crew... Matter of fact im will to guess that at most we will see maybe 1 or 2 new characters  introduced for ME 3  if that.... This  ME 2 was about introducing the cast of   ME 3  

Exactly. Wouldn't make sense where you spend Mass Effect 2 creating a team of the best of the best and then gaining their loyalty only to hear "Later Shepard! Now you must create new team!" That would just be ridiculous. At most they'll introduce a few new characters for your team.

In fact I have begun to build an anti bioware army in the unlikely case this happens. Anyone can join.

That's right. I bought it but never did see it around the ship. Hmm. Maybe I should pay closer attention to the cabin bed? Then again, I also didn't see the two ME novels I purchased in the game show up. Perhaps they merely show up as entries in your Codex.

 I didn't like the confrontation on Horizon either, but i can understand it if Bioware did it to have the virmire survivor play a larger roll in 3.

but then seeing her on Horizon angered me to no end. Its what drove me to

was able to cause that much emotion (anger in this case) in me in 2. I really kind of understand  shepard when he goes, "I've had enough of this colony." on Horizon. I can only imagine the amount of utter joy I would feel in 3 if Ash and my Shep patches things up and she came back as a squad mate.

This is on a different character of course. The one that romanced tali, will always be with tali.

I dunno, just venting I guess. And if you don't like Ashley at all, thats fine with me obviously, its all just a matter of taste. The only character so far I've disliked was SuZe though.

Have no issues with Ops Chief Williams.

Tali just closer to heart....

I think Ashley should be burned. She's obviously a witch or robot or something. How else did she survive a collector attack?

Still not sure how much dialogue each individual will have if they can die in ME2. It was different in ME1 cuz obviously in this game EVERY squad member can die, right? So is Bioware assuming everyone is saved, or do they take out awesome content because "it might not be there for some people".

there should be alot in ME3. BioWare listens to their fans and people are requesting this. I remember many people were requesting more for ME2 couple years ago...

Don't  me wrong I like Ashley alot, that confrontation on Hozion pissed me off as well,  I totaly agree with Shepherd when he said that... still I like closer and My Shepherd has moved on...I really don;t want to have to go back reopen old wounds again... Something are just not meant to be and its best to move... Sadly Ashley and Shepherd lead two  different lives now ...I can't see them getting back together.

That's my point of view as well, however it is worth mentioning that many of the new team members in ME2 only pledged themselves to Shepard for that one specific mission against the Collectors. Some of them appeared willing to consider staying on, but it was by no means guaranteed. However, it would seem wasteful to discard many of those same characters only to have new ones show up in ME3.

That might be a bit harsh. Only 1/3 (some say 1/2) of the colony was lost.

It was just luck. Or better yet, Shepard saved her. Hopefully she remembers that the next time I meet her.

I like the one who didnt experience the last two years is the one who's moved on and the one who thought you were dead for two years hasnt.

Samara swears will come if called. Tali probably (hopefully) stays on Normandy. Miranda & Jacob nowhere else to go. Grunt follows battlemaster - you. Thane swears gun for as long as lives. Mordin will stay until dies of old age. Jack and Garrus LIs.

Zaeed won't stay.

If my shepard cant romance tali in ME3 im going to be seriously gutted, i was quite sad to finish the game knowing I've gotta wait to know whether or not the story ive played is actualy going to continue or be ruined by a plot loophole or some nonsense
