The true geth are the ones that control the quarian home planet correct? Hmm, just thought of something, what if in ME3 the the geth on the quarians home planet get corrupted by the reapers, then legion, and the geth that you reporgrammed  (if you reprogrammed them) are the only true geth left? Thus you would have to fight to retake the planet. 

Sovereign didn't seemed to have the power to change that many geth, really. It seems that the indoctrination ability only works with organics. Only a poor minority of Geth crossed the line and joined Saren. I think that's important.

I think Shepard in ME3 will take a role of  "symbol" between races, at least mine. He has earned the trust of the Hole Citadel, Aria on Omega, the Migrant fleet, the Urdnot krogan clan and the Legion's geth so far. TIM was right about it.

Peace may be impossible in a normal situation, but Shepard may be the key to show quarians what are Geth intentions and let them return to their homeworld peacefully.

I think that, althugh Tali was the only quarian in ME1, quarians may play a major role in ME3, because of their relation with the geth, and because the Migrant fleet is the largest organic space army in the galaxy. Tali and Legion will help me do that.

Because in the end at least my Tali learns to respect and understand Legion and the geth problem.
