21 here, also Ascension seems to be a good book, its just taking a long time to....take off...very slow in the beginnin.

I don't usually read books, and when I do, don't usually read them in english. (Living in Austria, german is the "default" language here.)
I read both Mass Effects, in english - I wanted to have them as english as my Mass Effect games, to keep the Mass Effect feeling undamaged. I liked them both a lot, and I'll surely get the third one when it comes out...

Hmm, does anyone know when the third Mass Effect book is to be released?

18 here. I doubt I am the youngest person this board.

I might actually go read those official Mass Effect books. I usually don't like reading novels which are essentially game tie-ins, but some, like Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell are not bad, if not outstanding works of literature.

Bingo.  It's not the writing quality I was after, it was insight into the background and day-to-day of the ME universe.  The Quarian flotilla info was gold.  Don't go in expecting Dickens, and you'll come out aces.

Bought Revelation and Ascension the day my 360 burnt up. Finished Ascension first bec of the quarian story, haven't started revelation yet.  Didn't know there was a third coming out

@ The Governator - Oh I very much agree. I never said I wanted to replace Drew or anything, merely that perhaps I may - big may - stand a chance at possibly contributing. Hell, even if it just meant writing descriptions of planets to go alongside the scanner I'd be a happy little bunny.
