Very capable, but there are limits to capabilities.
If implemented correctly, it could be a worthy plot device.
I'd be fine with Tali getting kidnapped, but only if nothing happens to her, and we get to save her right away, instead of waiting a few missions before being able to do that.

Only if you really want to hear the actual dialogue. My guess is it isn't too different from other love interests, like in ME1. Where you just tell them "Now isn't the time, blah blah blah". I assume the same with Tali, maybe more along the lines of "It's too dangerous" as opposed to "I just don't want to". And that's a safe assumption since we all can see the small bit of text on the left side of the wheel that is the obvious 'rejection' option.

I'd be fine with Tali getting kidnapped, but only if nothing happens to her, and we get to save her right away, instead of waiting a few missions before being able to do that.
The sadistic side of me says that Tali should be tortured and put through gruesome experiments before you rescue her.

by the way, never watch those death compliation videos. Tali getting carried away by seeker swarms is too horrifing to watch.

I found it unnerving when she screams while being shot in combat. To the point where the enemy that knoked her out I went and melee attacked for about five minutes and tossed his dead body around like a rag doll.

I recall someone in the 380 page thread saying she says something like "Can't blame a girl for trying." I would never actually see that dialogue, but I would imagine she would say it incredibly adorably.
