Oh my god, I was trying to have Zaeed die (don't dislike him, just wanted that to happen on that playthrough), and I messed something up and they started going for Tali... and I just immediately skipped before I had to watch it happen. Even the realization of it was enough to make my heart heavy.Commandr Bond wrote...

by the way, never watch those death compliation videos. Tali getting carried away by seeker swarms is too horrifing to watch.

I did see it! I couldn't sleep becasue of it! It was becasue I set Zaeed as the fire team leader. He let her die! Though it was my female Shep.
It makes me sick just thinking about her dieing in the end....I have yet to have her die because i will do everything i can to keep her alive even if i kill other team members....

First off, I do belief that most if not everyone on this thread know that we are dealing with a fictional character and a non human one at that. As for age or the lack of, what bearing does that have on the matter of fans having fun discussing various aspects of this fictional characther? The answer of course is none at all. Still, I'll share that I am a home owner, am married with three kids of my own, and am working in the air transpotation industry. So now that we have established some of us have a steady income, are definitely older than your average college kid and god forbid, have regular sex, lets get back to more impotant suff which includes and not limited to appreciation of Tali's physical assets, her mind and Characther with a capital C.
I was just wondering though, if in ME3 everything comes out into the open and what Shepard did not only for humanity but for everyone in the known galaxy becomes public knowlwdge or at least as public as it gets after governmental spin doctors have had their way, won't that adversely affect Shepard and Tali's relationship? I mean think about it, unless Shepard can find a way to "disappear" and stay hidden from everyone else, Shepard the hero will be an asset that no one wqkuld willingly let go. More so if he's having a relationship with an alien with whom his genetic imprint will be lost because they cannot reproduce. Just a thought.

Ah, no one likes the "Tali/love interest getting kidnapped in ME3" plot device?
Unable to view Tali as "damsel in distress." Though saved many times by Shepard. Still is very capable woman.
Very capable, but there are limits to capabilities.
If implemented correctly, it could be a worthy plot device.
I'd be fine with Tali getting kidnapped, but only if nothing happens to her, and we get to save her right away, instead of waiting a few missions before being able to do that.
The sadistic side of me says that Tali should be tortured and put through gruesome experiments before you rescue her.
it would work well as a plot device if you had to choose between two love interests from the games.....I would pick tali first everytime

To be perfectly honest if people die on the final mission it is probably not who you set for a team leader.
Legion/Tali both are best for the tube.
Garrus/Zaeed/Miranda are best for 2nd fire team leader.
If the tube person dies its because you took to long to clear the first leg of the mission. The longer you take the higher their chances of dying. Same thing on the 2nd leg of the mission
Samara/Morinth/Jack are best for maintaining the barrier but if you take to long someone will die either in your group or the fire team
And on the final mission again if you take to long someone you left behind will die.
Each leg needs to be completed in under 5 minutes each to ensure no deaths

Yeah figured...I did Garrus the first play through and tried Zaeed. But I figure I would live with the consequences for ME3 since she was not an LI (for female Shep). Still very disturbing.
