She lets basically everyone call her "Tali", I wouldn't read too much into it. I imagine, if I were female, and someone called me "ma'am", I'd find it weird too. Sounds pretty... "old".

Just seemd a little out of place. I found that usually has some meaning other thant what is stated. Perhaps I am being tricked by BioWare again.

Very true. My only complaint about Mass Effect 2 is that you cant skip through the 10 minute intro or the 10 minute omega 4 relay.... should be able to fast forward those if you want to

 /shrug Telling ya I have done 3 successful runs on Insanity and Normal 1 insane 2 normal with Zaeed leading both fire teams and lost noone.

Another possibility is loyalty. I have always had full loyalty with the entire team.

I had full loyalty too, and he still died. Are you completely sure you're remembering correctly? I know he'll do fine for the first fire team leader, but he died as the second.

If Zaeed died on the Biotic part its probably because you took to long to get through it. I have had him take the hit in the gut and just keep going like all the others do. Never have lost a teammate there. The only time I have lost a teammate on the 2nd leg is when i used Jack for the barrier and she faltered at the end. Thane got eaten by the swarm

Hm. I think you're right about time being an issue, then. I hadn't ever really considered it... but I do take my time, so it would make sense.

You people are scaring me. All this time limit talk... I managed to keep everyone alive on "Hard" on my first playthrough, but now on "Insanity" I'm getting worried. I don't want to see any death scenes. *shudder*

Know I'm right. 17 playthroughs now and only 2 of them lost squaddies. I usually use Mordin or Grunt to escort the crew back to the ship also and have never lost anyone there.

Agreed. Awesome clips, but can be annoying to go through when trying to replay.

Which class you playing as? The only one on Insanity that gave me trouble was the Adept cause it took me a while to burn through the Scion's armor. Rest of it was gravy. Soldier with adrenaline and widowmaker eats scions alive, Harbinger is a joke if you bring a Warper and an Incinerator, Oh and Area Reave is godly for Insanity.

Rips all the armor off the husks in 1 shot.

The time limit thing seems to matter if you're choosing abnormal people for certain tasks. If you have everyone loyal and use the recommended people for tasks (IE: never Zaeed) then time shouldn't matter.

Garrus makes the most sense since he is a good leader. IMO he should be XO and not Miranda.

Heh i actually took the time to find the movies in the opening and ending and renamed them adding _bak to them. Now when I play all I have to do is walk shepard to joker and watch the medical scene. When I go through the Omega 4 I only have to watch the cockpit scenes and fight the occulus

Promise to read later; already being too distracted by this thread, but I have a lot of research to do before I got to bed...need to get on it now or suffer the consequences later. I've read the first 5 though, and I must say, good stuff.

I use her for the "first person to walk on the sun" mission.

Guys, I think it is safe to say that Tali will defiantly be in ME3 as a large role because of these factors:

Most popular character by far.

Has been here since ME1.

Anyone who let her die probably had to commit seppuku, or just load an older file.

They might lose up to 90% sales if she wasnt there.
