Reminds me when I had Garrus and Tali with me on the Citadel. hile walking up a flight of stairs, Garrus says to Tali, "Remember those long elevator rides we had way back then? We asked you about life on the Flotila, about your pilgrimage..." She asks him to shut it, but he keeps going, until she says, obvious annoyancein her voice. "I have a shotgun."
"Um... we'll talk later..."
Made me smile.

The intiguing part of the character of
Shepard isn't that he's friggin superman, walking around with bullets
bouncing off his eyeballs. It's because, despite all his training and
powers, he's just a man, as vulnerable as anyone else, who's been

I also know how to deal with Kal Reeger, you get behind him and shoot his flank (cuz that's how he got shot on the Tali recruit mission).

Yeah her cold-hearted attitude towards garrus kinda made me sad. I would have thought they were good friends. I guess carrying them in your squad the entire duration of ME1 doesn't effect their relationships with one another.

You people are crazy (I mean this affectionately of course). After more than 10,000 posts worth of Tali love I have no doubt she'll make it into ME3, at least that's what I'm hoping will happen. I always thought of Tali as my femshep's closest female friend, and it seemed apprpriate that she would be one of the only returing squadmates from ME1. Her and Garrus are probably the two who are most loyal to Shepard, and it wouldn't make sense if they weren't able to stick with him/her until the very end (unless Bioware kills them off I suppose, though if they do the fans would probably explode).
Keep fighting the good fight guys, just try not to break the forums with your enthusiasm, I kinda like this place.

Yes, Bioware must see this, because you can't please everyone, Bioware.

It will be sad reading the angry posts of those in favor of Gay (male) Shepard when they are disappointed with no Zevran-like char in ME3.

I couldn't care less for Ashley... honestly.

 I didn't like the confrontation on Horizon either, but i can understand it if Bioware did it to have the virmire survivor play a larger roll in 3.

I used to feel exactly like you do but, I think my anger was misplaced before. I absolutely adored Ash in Me1
but then seeing her on Horizon angered me to no end. Its what drove me to
become quite the tali fan. 

I'm beginning to think that
Ash's love story arc might actually be really good, if not the best. Partially because it
was able to cause that much emotion (anger in this case) in me in 2. I really kind of understand  shepard when he goes, "I've had enough of this colony." on Horizon. I can only imagine the amount of utter joy I would feel in 3 if Ash and my Shep patches things up and she came back as a squad mate.

This is on a different character of course. The one that romanced tali, will always be with tali.

I dunno, just venting I guess. And if you don't like Ashley at all, thats fine with me obviously, its all just a matter of taste. The only character so far I've disliked was SuZe though.

I feel the same way. Tali is still special in a way that none of the other ME LI have been for me, but I adored Ashley. There are still roots there waiting to sprout siblings again. However, I'm sticking with Tali with my current Shepard, or more likely I will engage in judicious usage of saves throughout ME3 and jump back and forth to test the different outcomes.

Kinda clinical, don't you think?  I think the beauty of the game is that you have that one first game where you know none of the consequences and every decision you make may have consequences you never realised.

Perhaps a bit, but there are many times where I simply don't have it in me to readily justify playing through the entire game again just to check on short dialogue option when it can be achieved by 5-10 minutes of switching back and forth from previous saves. Besides, I tend to play most of the ME games without too much jumping back and forth.

Good point. Tali and Garrus are the only 2 returning squad mates in ME2 and there is no reason for them not to carry over and fight along shepard in ME3. At least not unless Bioware decides for Shep to die again and not be recreated for 10 years which would be incredibly stupid.
