Anyone who uses the Tali from the start mod, what does she say on the Jack recruitment mission?



I've already seen her on Horizon and on Garrus' recruitment

It took me three or four tries to get a FemShep I actually liked to look at. But it was worth all the effort of going though the opening clips of ME1 to get it right. She looked good in ME1 and is even more beautiful in 2. ^__^

Yeah, the character creator blows. There's always something wrong with the eyes or the nose, or the jawline,etc. Default Shepard at least looks proportional and that's why I use him. No other face "feels" right.

I think Alyx Vance getting stabbed through the torso in Episode 2 of half life was the only time I've ever felt more concern for a video game character than Garrus getting shot by that ship.

It might be...some people were putting her name forward for Admiral remember? This might be critical in getting the fleet's support for the war.

Tali already said she would refuse something like that to stay with Shepard.

The eyes are the worst part, none of them look like real eyes

So, if BioWare let Tali die in ME3 because we romanced her, and she gets sick...

How long do you think it would take until someone burnt their HQ to the ground?

I don't know why people think that's a possibility. She got a cold or whatever - she's fine.

That said: no burning would take place. We'd just hate them all forever.

I was more joking than anything, I don't think they'd do that either. 
Or else, they could have let Garrus actually die when the Gunship shoots him, if you don't stab the repair guy in the back.

Something I do worry about is the possibility of him dying in 3, regardless of character decisions. I don't think it's likely... just remotely possible.

Remotely possible... unlike Tali not being in there and not playing an awesome part.

Garru is unstoppable. It'll take more than a rocket to the face and geting riddled with bullets to keep him down. Although I was pretty scared when he was not moving on the floor with a pool of blood beneath him.

And then the gargling noises! I was like "Noooo! Don't die! You're too cool now!"

On that note, I think Garrus was a lot cooler in 2. I liked his character enough in 1... but he really became a favorite for me because of 2.

And to stay on Tali-topic: though she was really awesome and one of my favorite characters in 1, I definitely think she got even more awesome and really came into her own in 2. ^__^

Funny thing is I thought of her as merly being an information vehicle in ME1 about Quarians. I though she was much too young to be an LI (at the time). I never expected to see her again.

Bet you were eventually happy about how wrong you were, huh?

I swear the only thing keeping me starting new games is Tali. It's like I get excited for a Tali scene and once it's over I think about the next one.

Prepping for insanity run though. ME series only games cared enough to get all achievements.

Yeah the game is cake on insanity if you do it with an infiltrator. Get the 7sec stealth and just pop it w/e you need to move. Only part I had trouble with was the start of the collector trap mission.

Same here I just went through it all with a single LI then after beating it i dumped Jacob and played with the other LI's. You get to watch all the scenes in a single game if you do that. Just save it before you dump your first choice LI

Can't bring myself to do that. Too nice of a guy. Thane sympathetic character and I doubt i have to say anything about trying to dump tali. Blasphemeous to even consider. Besides, better to find on youtube.

Thats where she says it? I know there's somewhere where she says she would turn it down to stay with Shepard.
