Thats where she says it? I know there's somewhere where she says she would turn it down to stay with Shepard.

It might be the same conversation. that is the only place I remember he saying her name was being put forward.

I don't think it was a 'dick move' so much as a very, very ignorant one.

Think it was a dikc move myself. He knows the quarians all regret creating an AI in the first place. Of course it could have been done simply to throw Tali off balance with the fact that there IS an AI on the ship
