Remember, it's not the suit and helmet or even the hooded cloak; it's the personality and the VOICE! I could listen to her babble all day. Image IPB

There's a lesson here for all of us; if we can see past the physical side of things of a computer character, surely we can do the same, for real, for all them non-suited, helmeted lasses and laddies out there?

That's how I see it, and Tali too. Bioware, take a bow.

The last time I suggested a woman cover up her face so people could have a chance to fall for her personality first, I got slapped...

There's no lesson to be learned! :(

It's the test of maturity, Jake; eyes FRONT, not BELOW!

Haha, yes when we encounter an enemy, Tali also says: Eyes up front.

I'm always thinking: What? I was just admiring your assault shotgun!

Hehehe! You've just have to be more specific, that's all. :D I currently reside in The Netherlands and after two years I'm going back to Scandinavia (yes, that's actually a region comprised of three countries and not one single one). The Viking blood calls.

Woo Netherlands! My house lives there!

EDIT: :o double post, seems it IS getting slower.

Oh gawd. Now, I can accept that hair growth is part of our human DNA but still...there are occasions where I'd rather it not be present. Especially on the so-called "fairer sex". Few things have managed to make me feel queasy the way a woman with hairier upper arms than my own does.

You've introduced Tali to so many beautiful and wonderful things in the galaxy, why not add shaving to the list?

Same here mate. I live in UK, but i try go back to the fatherland at least once a year. Though my fatherland is
not technically in Scandinavia, though our language and customs and so on are very similar.
Uuu, and actually, Finland is counted as Scandinavia as well, so it is more like 4 countries.
You silly Dane !

Nope, that would be the Nordic countries. Scandinavia only comprises Denmark, Norway and Sweden though some people think otherwise (they are mistaken). :)

Of course we all love Tali for her personality. I mean come on, we have never seen her face even once. Well Shepard has..lucky dog.

But thats the beauty and perhaps the curse of being human. We *are* creatures of curiosity. From wondering what will happen if you throw rocks at a hornets nest and how fast you can run away, to sticking your arm down a deep dark crevice because you thought you saw something shiny to wondering what a girl looks like underneath that veil, mask , helmet.

Its why if ever Science Fiction becomes Science Fact, we humans will definitely be snuggling up with some blue skinned alien or working out a way to spend quality time with someone fitting the description of a Quarian.

Well, it is both ways really. Sweden, Norway and Denmark are on the Scandinavian Peninsula,
but as the region Scandinavia Finland is counted in though.

Oh, right. I guess here in Norway we're somewhat accustomed to referring to any of our 4 nordic neighbours as Scandinavian countries.

A salient point...It is also one reason, amongst several others, why we would promptly build an enormous interstella fleet and be prepared to blow anything that so much as twitches at us in a perceived hostile manner to smithereens. Nothing quite warms a beating heart than overbearing firepower. :P In all seriousness though, there would certainly be a need for space naval capabilities. To protect civilian and military installations. To mount rescue operations when and where needed. To patrol and uphold the rule of law against pirates, other criminal elements and possibly secessionist colonies (though I would like to think they could be kept on board with a free and fair federal senatorial system of representation headquartered on Earth)....Oh, and just in case we should end up bumping in to something that's less than friendly it's always a sound policy to be able to hold and defend what you possess.

Wouldn't have it any other way.

I guess something like this can stir strong emotions because half the time around me, all I see is focus on the body and nothing of the person within, which is a sad state of affairs.

Once again, massive props to Bioware in that they have managed to craft not one but TWO games that have got me thinking like this....who said PC/console gamers are brain-dead Image IPB
