Tom Cruise is too short although with Hollywood's fanglewangle special effects magic and unnatural camera angles they'd work around it.

Not a bad suggestion. However, I'd much, much rather see a CGI animation film with BioWare taking a direct hand in it. It would be far more likely to stay true to what we've come to expect (although certain decisions would differ for some players) and it would retain the likeness of the characters as we have come to expect, as well as allow for the continued use of the same voice actors. That I'd be willing to spring for if it were up to me.

Hehe. I recall those days though for me it was not the natural sciences but political science. It requires a certain touch as well, true, but is not the same as creative writing. Bon chance with your continued studies.

A movie made from any game can be awesome if done well. There is a Metal Gear Solid movie made and directed by a big fan of the game. he had money. It cost him about 8 grand to make it, and it looked amazing considering the cost AND IT WAS ABOUT THE GAME. It wasn't mutilated by Hollywood's desire to take an idea and butcher it into something they want to make and hope it makes money.

I agree. If they ever made a Mass Effect movie it should be animated. But for God's sake I wish they never make one.

Funny. I'm currently writing one, didn't want to post in this thread before completing it though. I've got some experience in writing. I've created a ~150 pages long fantasy novel some time ago, almost got it published. Unfortunately a few days before the original was to hit the printer, publisher said "nope, sorry, we changed our mind, you're not famous enough" >.< figures ...

Anyway, I better get back to writing, will be sure to tell you when I'm done ^^
