It would kill the franchise for me if Bioware did something negative to Tali. 

Bioware should:

*continue Shepard's story with Tali as a LI
*make marriage an option for Shepard and Tali
*have Shepard cross a threshold with Tali
*keep Liz Sroka as Tali's voice
*hopefully reveal her face
*make her a recruitable or automatic squad member

While I only disagree with those points (the striked? stricken? out ones, obviously), you're forgetting that Bioware are still human, and spite (also annoyance) are powerful tools.

Well, you might luck out with EA, since they'd never let Bioware do something that will hurt sales, but still...

Change the stricken to a more global tense.... Make marriage option open for Shepard and LI.... I think that isn't too much to ask for. They seem to be really going for the love interest story arc with talk about how cheating will negatively impact Shepard in 3.

I don't know if I would go as far as to not buy ME3 if Tali wasn't in it. But.... I do think my Shepard would have a total 180 degree personality shift.
