An entire life spent in an armor would probably have more effect.
Expand that to many generations and it might be possible.

Fear not! There are many hands working behind the scenes of this Tali machine, and all systems will remain operational. Any short term loss of power will be restored with due haste, and the efficiency level is estimated to doubleshaft053 wrote...

Hey kids!
It's nice to see so many new faces around and it seems we're getting more regulars every day (I'm gonna start calling you guys the night shift!).
Anyways, I have a question related to the Sunday past: What would you get Tali as a Valentine's present? (suit-stimulators not allowed!)
Argentinian tango lessons. It's dancing, something that is held in high regard in Quarian society, it can be a lot of fun if both partners are willing to go with it, and it involves close and sensual physical contact.

Didn't the Quarians immune system adapt to living on the sterile Flottila and become weaker?
Suggesting they adapt to their enviroment and living in suits for 300 years may have changed their apperance from their original.
Also when Tali gets sick on the Normandy Shep can ask about Quarians living on other worlds, and Tali states they go through a period of sickness adapting to their new world.
So I think their apperance is completly up in the air for Bioware devs,How did they look when they walked upon their worlds unmasked,up to 300 years of being in suits behind masks in clean enviroments. So now they can pull from all of this and create the perfect Tali face...oo my bad I mean Quarian. I vote for a pale skin.Colored but pale.
300 years insufficient time to spur evolutionary change. Only 3-4 generations. Immune system info correct. Floatilla fleet is controlled environment. Controlled environment provided insufficient challenge to immune system. Pre-exile. Quarians had weaker "adaptive" immune systems. "Double whammy." Suits are response to disease. Suits also response to danger of sudden explosive decompression from 300 year old ship.
I always wondered why the Quarians struggle so much getting back their home planet. I mean, couldn't they look for a living friendly environmental planet and built a sterile habitat on it with air filters, water cleaners, leak sensors and whatever sensors and so on? Sure it would be a life in a dome but they could at least get out of their suits at home.

That would work...The quarians with a dark shade of Black or gray would be nice.
In my story, I described Tali's skin with a pale mix of Dark Blue, Gray, and Purple. I also explained through my sotry that the Quarians have several varieties of skin pigment; a combination of any of the three colors That I used.
Actually a Bioware person let it slip during an interview that they do already know what Quarians look like. They may not know what Tali looks like, or may be changing/refining it, but the Quarians are complete. To me this says that we're going to get to see Tali at some point -- or at least I hope that's what it meansRip504 wrote...

Imagine issue is two fold. Suitable worlds claimed by corporations/races. Quarians unwelcome. Settling unwelcome in any system neighboring council space. Colonies in Terminus subject to slaver attacks. May also remain mobile as best defense versus Geth strike. If Quarians on stationary world, easier for Geth to commit genocide.
Mere speculation. Perhaps offbase?
