Utter rubbish. Twaddle even.
1) There is no proof that his implants are derived from Reaper technology.
2) The Flotilla is led by at least four admirals, if not more, along with a second council of more civilian members. These two bodies have managed to preserve and grow the Quarian fleet for over three centuries. They seem quite capable of continuing that trend with or without Tali. No doubt she is a valuable addition to her people but they have, can, and will make do without her if need be.
3) Shepard need not visit the void. The Reapers are coming to him (and the rest of the galaxy). Time to cook up some new fancy bombs of thef "blow-suns-up" scale.
Pardon me, sir...
In point 2 I believe the 'second council' you refer to is known as the Conclave. You may continue...

Tali must remain with her people, as a scion to lead them to a new home after the war. She has been good to him, but as he is consumed by his Reaper implants, he must leave before even her light goes out in his eyes. He has one last thing to do before his story ends. In Quarian culture, would Tali see Shepard as a "boyfriend" now or as a "mate"? What might be the implications for this cross-cultural mix up!?
"And then I had to explain cross-species fluid contact. Totally killed the mood."
The human she was referring to was Conrad Verner. He was trying to be like Shepard by going after a female Quarian.
That would actually make some sense. I wish I could kill that sick freaky headcase. Like a ninja
Ah, he's not so bad a sort once you talk him down to earth with Paragon tact. He goes on to establish a charity for orphans named after Shepard as his way of trying to make a positive difference in the galaxy. Good for him.

I am kind of behind the reaper technology keeping Shepard alive. I thought about it when Miranda was talking about the "fire that gets people to follow him into hell itself," then taking in account the similar effect Saren had with Sovereign. I don't think it is as powerful or destructive as Sovereigns indoctrination... but I would not be surprised if Shepard now has an added effect like that.

Shepard: "It would take a real Bad-Ass to make it out of here."
Scout: "I can do it."
Shepard: "I said a Bas-Ass, not some weakling crying like a Quarian with a Stomach ache!"
Tali: "I'm standing Right Here..."
Epic Win

This is coming out of left field here, but, I'm in the middle of my fourth playthrough (hey, don't judge me) and I just hit the part on Tuchunka during Modin's mission, where you rescue the Scout by persuading him to get off his butt and escape. The following dialogue always leaves me in stiches:
Shepard: "It would take a real Bad-Ass to make it out of here."
Scout: "I can do it."
Shepard: "I said a Bas-Ass, not some weakling crying like a Quarian with a Stomach ache!"
Tali: "I'm standing Right Here..."

Except reaper indoctrination causes
neural decay in mere weeks. If Shepard was unknowingly using it
there should be more evidence by now.
Why does he have to have some voodoo to
inspire others anyway? I mean . . its god damn commander Shepard!

Tali seemed fully able to reject joining Shepard when they met at freedom's in ME 2.

Yeah, look at some of the people he has tamed. First one to mind is Jack. She wanted to split as soon as the suicide mission is over. As time goes on, I think she becomes much more commited. The next one is Grunt. Okeer failed in his imprint of Grunt. "his imprint didn't take." I believe is the wording. Very quickly it looks like Grunt becomes one of Shepard's most loyal.mothbanquet wrote...
