No single meaning.
Is blessing or oath mostly.

I think an English "equivalent" would be something like "May God be with us/you."

Close, but also used as words of praise. Implies flexible meaning.

If I'm being corrected, I'm glad it's you that's correcting. 

Flattered? Appreciated? Confused? Concerned?

Second, a second favorite character after Tali?  Yeah...I'd have to say Bat...er....Garrus!

I like this crew as a whole, but Tali and Garrus are my two favorites hands down.
