Count me in too. Great dlc armor. Drinking right through your helmet, pretty stupid looking.

I agree, a patch for this would be incredibly welcome. For Cerberus and Blood Dragon Armour

It doesn't matter for me.

Yes, a toggle feature for the helmets just like in ME1 would be welcome.
If not, maybe Bioware would consider patching in animations of Turian Brandy pouring down the front of his helmet when Shepard tries to drink it, and how about some new voice samples of Liara asking Shepard why she has to kiss his helmet ? (Im sure after 2 years she would want to at least see his face first)

I, too, would appreciate it greatly if BioWare found some way to allow us to remove helmets from DLC armour.

I actually like the DLC armors and helmets (cept Inferno's design...transparency in it looks weird), but like others I do often like to see the face I toiled over. At the end of the day, N7 looks and is best, but early on the others are much more useful.
A toggle option would be epic.

I offer my support for this initiative. I love the armors, but I despise being unable to see myself.

I approve of this. Taking a shot with a helmet on, though awesome, is really a glitch because in reality, you are clipping. (sorry Agni)

I am for having the helmet be togglable just like they were in ME1.

i want to get my fu##ing helmet off or at least it to not be visible during conversations like in DAO

I'd at least like to see the DLC helmets toggle off during social interactions. It really sucks to have worked to get Sheperd's face just right, then not be able to see it when talking to NPCs.

Yeah that would be better to turn off your helmet. I wan't to see my cute Karen's face when seh's talking but with collector's armor this is not possible and with others too... and that's not great...

Adding my voice to this
Drinking through the glass visor of Cerberus armor is just plain... weird.

count me in. If the helmet cannot be removed, why spend hours crafting a stunning female shepard. For this very reason, i am always wearing standard N7 armor with the headshot glasses.

Helmets toggle or hide in conversation. This is batshat right now. DLC armor is obsolete till then.

I agree with this, I love the blood dragon armor but having to have a helmet on is a big negative for me.

I feel, sadly, that in the end, they listen to the feedback they want to listen to.

I think there may be problems with a simple "helmet on/off" switch.any helmets or headwear change your statistics,so changing them during gameplay might require constant updating character health or shield level...

Nah, as far as I know the problem is that the armour is one model. The helmet isn't just a single part that BioWare can remove on the fly.GethWarrior wrote...

So essentially an option like this would require BioWare to not only remodel all the DLC armours to not include the helmet, but also work in a system to toggle between either rendering Shep's face or the helmet.
As much as I would like it; something like this (especially the toggle system) would probably require to much recources for BioWare to consider this for ME2. Here's hoping they won't repeat this "design choice" in ME3.

What confuses me as well is why I'm forced into wearing a helmet on some missions while several of my NPC's wear respirator masks. One would assume a controlled test group would have been used for feedback and this along with the helmets would have been brought up.
