Yeah, like the title suggests, I have the Blood Dragon Armor in Dragon Age: Origins, but it doesn't seem to appear in Mass Effect 2. The only mistake I can think I did was I read the card and, following its instructions, I redeemed the code via XBox Live rather than using the BioWare Social site. And it doesn't show up in the "Your registered game promotions" section of my profile, either.
Does that mean I'm screwed out of the Blood Dragon Armor in ME2? Sorry if this is a problem that people have had and had answered. Lack of search prevents me from, well, searching.
Blood Dragon Armor: Have it in DAO but not ME2?

Did you also redeem the code through XBox Live and not the Social site?

Check this page to make sure it's listed as accessible to your account:
http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
If it's not there, contact support. If it is there, then maybe you could try this:
In the ME2 options, there's an option to auto-log in to your EA account. Turn it off, go back to the menu (or restart the game, I don't know, I've never had to do it), and when you can log into your account, make sure you log in with the email/password from this site - maybe you have more than one EA account, and the game is auto-logging into the wrong one.
If that doesn't work either... contact support, I guess. *shrug*

Someone needs to shed some light on this, I've tried about everything. Both games are registered here and on EA.com. I know for certain that my gamertag is linked to my EA-account. I know for certain that I have the BDA in Dragon Age.
So why the **ck isn't it showing up in-game?
Might mention I redeemed the BDA through XBLive. That shouldn't really be an issue.

I really do think that the whole problem is that we redeemed the code via XBox Live. I've gotten other DLC through the Social site without issue. I don't know why it would matter, though.
I have a feeling our problem is so insignificant that they'll never take the time to help/explain what happened. Kind of depressing considering everyone says the Blood Dragon Armor is one of their favorite armors in ME2. It made my warrior look fat in Dragon Age.

That's true of half my registered content for ME2 on the 360. Thing is, at most all you'll get is a link to a PDF telling you how to download it; it doesn't allow you to download it (at least not on the 360).

Jacob5752- You aren't able to see your Blood Dragon armor because your Gamertag is not linked with your BioWare/EA account.
You will need to link your Gamertag/PSN ID to your BioWare/EA Account.
Here's the FAQ on how to do this: http://support.ea.co...etail/a_id/826/

I noticed you haven't registered your game mo_chai.
To register a PS3 or Xbox 360 game on the site, you will need to find the 12 digit UPC code on the back of the game box. You will need to included all of the numbers, including the small ones at each end.
Click Register Games from the main login screen on the BioWare Social Network after signing in and then in the list find Mass Effect 2. Use your UPC code and register the game. Then, go to your console and sign out of Xbox Live and power off the console.
Power it back on, sign into Xbox Live and launch the game. You should be automatically signed to the EA/BioWare servers as your Gamertag is linked.
The Blood Dragon Armor should now appear in Shepherd's "Captain's Quarters".
