If you are having problems linking your accounts to each other I would suggest to contact EA through their help system.

Go to the above web-site and click on the link for "E-Mail Us" on the left of the screen.  This will take you to the log in process, unless you are already logged into your EA account, and then produce a screen that you can e-mail the company from.

This is the e-mail that I sent them. I would suggest to anyone to use this e-mail.  With all of us using the same format EA will be able to quickly process your information and connect your accounts together.

I have a problem linking my Gamer Tag to the EA account. The error is



"Sorry, that Xbox LIVE Gamertag has already been taken. Please try another one."



I would very much like to get access to my DLC as soon as possible. My
Gamer Tag (as far as I know) is not being used by any other e-mail
account apart from my hotmail account that X-Box/Microsoft contact me
through.
