 Just been fiddling around with weapons for a bit and started to notice something.

Scimitar : 81.9 per shot, roof 100
Claymore : 200.4 per shot, roof 30(or very very close, to 2 seconds, more then 1.5 before next shot comes anyway)

Which means that in 3 seconds, you do more damage with the Scimitar then the Claymore.

Same thing with the Shuriken and Tempest Smg's. You do more damage in the same time periode with the Shuriken, assuming you do not have to reload. (2 seconds being the time period)

With the pistols it takes pretty much the same time to empty a clip, regardless of which weapon, but the Carnifex does 70 damage more per clip. But since you get 2 more clips with the Predator the total damage you can do with the Carnifex is only 32 more .

So for these weapons it's pretty much a matter of choice, do you want more ammo, and missing a shot doesn't hurt you too badly, or do you want more power per shot. Sort of glad I did the math, as at first it didn't make sense to me that I preferred the starter pistol and smg over the "upgrades".
