At least we don't worship Samara to an extreme degree, some of the other threads about favorite squadmates are downright cultish. I think it's healthy to have a little fun with Samara.
Indeed. They often remind me of some of the nutballsI used to run into years ago while modding for BG. I recall a few that could no longer determine that (insert fav char) wasn't a real person. Quite a frightening thing to witness, its one of the reasons I appreciate the occasional run of silliness here.
"I'll just go over there and vanquish something..."
"Even the darkness of the blackest night is banished by the light of the moon and stars."
(after being left idle for a few minutes) "Evil walks abroad in the land, innocent and virtue fall victims to the whims of tyrants and evil overlords... and yet in Torm's name we stand here and do nothing!!!"
And one that Samara would smile at:
"...And it is written that he who chooses to walk the narrow path of righteousness shall not tarry a while to smell the lovely pink daisies of self-indulgence..."

That dude is harboring some serious issues DV.
Bioware wouldn't tolerate someone marrying their intellectual property anyway.

Well the thread has slowed down. I guess everyone is either posting or lurking in the s/s romance threads in response to that article.
The entitlement issues over there is pretty astounding. But then again I think a lot of the people talking over there are just disappointed and I can't really blame them for the way they are acting.

No I suppose not, but with that said, don't ever get your hopes for something without at least good reason IMO. I try not to get my hopes up for anything, let alone having a good reason for it.DirtyVagrant wrote...

It's funny, ever since meeting Samara in ME 2 ive played every other game morally good.
Like i just replayed Fallout 3 and got extremley good karma, and now im replaying Bioshock 2 and i didn't kill the black lady or the other dude and im saving every little sister.
So basically Samara's karma influneces mine.

I am kinda burnt out on playing myself right now. Hopefully I'll pick it back up in a few weeks or a month. I got burnt out on ME2 faster than ME1. Maybe because of the originality factor of ME1. It was something new. ME2 is still good though.BlackMetal wrote...

Lol, when I first heard Garrus call out for Ashira, I thought that I had heard that name before. I got as far as trying to look it up in masseffect.wikia before it hit me. Still reading, good so far.
