Why is that?

Hell I don't know.  I haven't seen you post enough to really get a feel I guess.  You just don't across I suppose as someone that would have a BA in religion to me.

Maybe it is your hatred for the Talimancers.:P

I'm not like a priest or anything... I just found Religion interesting.  Now I can generaly put the crazy people on both sides of arguments in there place when they get out of hand.

As for the Talimancers... they bring that on themselves (have you actually gone over in that thread?... SCARY)

love the tali headshot sig went in tali thread and posted with it many times got lots of hate pm and angry post when i did itPosted Imagewas fun they dont like itPosted Image by the way go Samara romancing her in playthrough  im doing now she is agreat characterPosted Image

I shouldn't have called the golden doodad around her neck a "neckband", because I automatically read "neckbeard", and then I imagine Samara with a neckbeard, and I just don't want that image in my head.

So you just had to share?

Well, if Samara had a neckbeard, she might play D&D, and if she played D&D, she might be aware of the concept of the Paladin and Monk, which would break the fourth wall, which would be amusing.

And that is how Samara defeated the Reapers.  She broke the fourth wall, and wrote the Reapers out of existence.

Harbinger:  "Now we will leave the galaxy forever, for no raisin."

Someone a while back asked about Samara's unique dialogue

* On Tuchanka when inquiring about Grunt's condition on his associated loyalty mission, Samara relates the explanation of puberty to "entering the maiden stage".

* Illium: At the Serrice Technology trade kiosk on the trading floor, Samara remarks on how people sacrifice their convictions and beliefs to join a soulless corporate entity, understanding the appeal to some but not to her.

* Omega: Near the market area, Samara will muse on the unfortunate plight of those who come to Omega seeking a better life only to become destitute in a place plagued with criminals. She considers returning should she survive Shepard’s mission.

* Tuchanka: At the fighting pit, Samara finds pitting living beings against each other for entertainment unforgivable, and considers returning should she survive the mission to teach the krogan compassion; noting that she will need many bullets.

these are some interesting discussion points...

- seems she is not afraid to practice the code towards the other races (i.e krogan)

- has a couple of places she wishes to go after shepards mission, is this the writers hinting of her possible roles in the next game. what if for a renegade shepard she goes to tuchanka and dies :( while for a paragon shepard she goes to omega and cleans it up :) possibly being recruitable

- hmm i like her comment on joining a soulless corporate entity, because she doesn't sacrifice her beliefs and convictions for something like that, but only reaffirms them through her Code, which some could consider soulless

7Makaveli,

I'm just worried that Bioware will think that all of those possible places for Samara to be at the start of the events of ME3 will mean they can just write her out of the third game altogether.

It's nice that we at least know that her story won't end with Shepard's mission, as it definitely didn't begin there, but to exclude her from ME3 would make me so sad :(

haha noice.

yes a return for samara is probably the least likely of all squaddies sadly

jack - atleast she is romancable
miranda/jacob - cerberus
ashley/kaidan - alliance
liara - me2 debauchery
garrus and tali - shepard needs a bro and a ho (sorry i had to)
grunt/wrex - token krogan member
thane - romanceable, and he's on the bloody cover
zaeed/kasumi - dlc but popular nonetheless
legion - he actually has the potential to be incredibly important in me3
mordin - popular, the science guy

where does that leave samara the wise? :(

Helping Shepard fight the Reapers, the single greatest threat to innocent lives in the entire galaxy.  At the least, she would be rallying support for a Paragon Shepard behind-the-scenes.

I know... as much as I love Samara I also love Morinth(I have a playthrough or two with her instead of Samara) .  I also keep expecting her to ask me to go with her to Hot Topic for some reason.

I honestly have to weigh in on Morinth: a little bit of a dissapointment. She seemed tacked on. Didn't like the voice actress all that much, or the quest , which seemed trivial ( twenty questions in a night club?)

That said, I LOVE her black suit. And since I couldn't get near her mom....well, I just had to try.

Morinth's whole scenario was lame to me.  The teenager in the nightclub.  Then we go back to her place and she is telling me about how she like to see peoples' reactions just before they die and expects me to sit down and talk too her.  That was a little lame on the writing and development IMO.

I personally would have liked the search for her to continue from planet to planet, or at least a series of locations. But yeah, the whole nightclub thing was pretty weak.
