Do you think Bioware develops the best RPG's in the business? If not who?yorkj86 wrote...
ME1 doesn't have much replay value to me, either. The way the items became more powerful, and the way I could afford them at the end of the game kind of fed in to my gambler instinct. Once the weapon modifications began to combine and become stronger, I at least had new interest in seeing how they would work in combat. After that novelty wore off, though...nothing.JohnnyDollar wrote...
Different classes helps. The only one I have not played much is the Vanguard. The in your face combat style is not what I prefer.DirtyVagrant wrote...
ME has some replay value if you play a different class, a completely different play style helps make things new and interesting, at least that's what I've found. But then again I can't play a new playthrough right after completing another, I need a different game or two in between to... flush ME out of my system otherwise I DO get kind of bored listening to more or the less the same stuff again.
Do you skip through a lot of the dialog when you play ME2 now?
I don't fault the game for not having much replay value. The focus is on the narrative and the characters. I have Diablo II and Titan Quest if I want to play games with replay value.
I think that the developer(s) who develop the best RPGs in the business are no longer in-business.
