I checked that thread.   I saw that Jack had lost to Miranda.  Voting there is like pissing in to an ocean of ****** and hoping that it'll improve the quality of the water.  Too harsh?

How about we just call the poll unscientific?

I think "under the control of a large organised voting block" is a better description

Does anyone happen to have Samara's exact text about Nilus? I've read the masseffect wiki but I'm not sure if she actually says that he killed an innocent civilian while doing something else or if she wandered up on him and it seemed to her as if he intentionally killed an innocent civilian.

P.S. Yes this is for Ch. 16 which I'm hard at work on today.

She says she witnessed him kill an innocent in cold blood.  That he was probably on Official Council business but that it was still wrong.

Ok so not like and oppsie where someone ran though trying to get themselves killed and suceeded then.

She makes it sound like it was an on the spot interogation that he did.

Then there will be an Asari derby, and then Samara may get the 4th place, which would an extremely good result for her, I guess.

The funny thing is, there are over 200 members in the Samara's love group alone.  That is just one group, but hardly any of them post here.

I have not frequented this thread previously as I was otherwise occupied in another thread. However, now seems as good a time as any to sample new potential stomping grounds and since I felt both a strong physical as well as intellectual attraction to Samara from the get go, I figured this thread might be a sound place to start anew.



I'll be forthright: While I am a fan of another confirmed, full fledged love interest, I was (and continue to remain) sorely tempted by Samara. She strikes me as the "physical" embodiment of pure, unadulterated, mature, sophisticated, intelligent sex appeal...with ca. 800-900 years of experience and the martial, as well as biotic, capabilities to wreak havoc with entire squads of enemies simultaneously. While her very black and white, unforgiving and inflexible morality system is to some extent at odds with my own, she does point out to Shepard that the Code is not meant for spiritual enlightenment but rather to punish the wicked. She is as appealing to me as she is dangerous to her foes. Delicious.

Yeesh... I'm sorry, but I can't help but think she'd probably not want reminding since motherhood has become this albatross around her neck. What can you give her that wouldn't be like pouring vinegar and salt into the wounds?

If... I don't know... if I had to, maybe fly the Normandy to wherever her two remaining daughters are cloistered for a visit? That could blow up in my face too... the whole thing is like juggling lit dynamite...

I'd be tempted to send Miranda a giftwrapped test tube though... so I could chuckle and highfive Jack outside her room when she opens it

With Samara though... even the nicest gift I'd be worried would seem insensitive or hurtful.
