Whats part of the appeal of Samara is the fact she can't be romanced. If it were to continue and you could sway her Id like it to be a romance with actually having not having sex to show love for one another. This could be seen in cutscenes if other people try to harm, flirt or sway the users Shepard. The closes contact they do will would be kissing.

True. I mean, look at many of the non-romancable NPCs. Mordin, Grunt, Legion, Samara, Joker even. Grunt and Legion are obvious non-romancables, you could probably make a case for Mordin considering Garrus could be said to be less physically appealing, but let's not get into that![]()
anyway, I'm sure part of Kasumi's appeal is that she is nonromancable.
My point is, Samara is one of the few who is "physically available" and would make an incredible romance, but isn't available. Sometimes that happens in real life. When she leaned in and said "In another time...another life" and it ended like that...it felt more real..I'm so used to Shepard getting everything he wants, getting rejected was like WAAAT?
I just want Samara as a squadmember, then I'm happy:innocent:
Btw great pics, peoplez

I rather liked the brain-dead pic of Samara. Though it was funny. Just doing my part here in bringing the thread to 200. May not be on this site much longer due to my habit of laying out strong opinions.(mostly on other threads)
Oh well...cheers.

Wow! I just had an odd thought concerning Samara as a LI in ME3. If ME3 is supposed to be stand-alone then you an assume that there is going to be some LI's developed from scratch. But wait a minute, they can't possibly write too many new characters as they've got 6 LI in ME2 and max 2 LI from ME1. That makes 8 possible LI out of a possible 16 squadmates. So for new players, are they going to write their romances from scratch for the returning LI's? Or would they want to make different characters available as LI to be fresh instead of recycling old material? Ok I'm starting to confuse myself but if someone knows what I'm talking about please clarify lol. I just want to know if there is a chance that they are "saving" Samara as LI for later?? I wouldn't put it past them as that is exactly what happened to Tali/Garrus
I'm stepping out for a bit, hope this topic propels us to page 200!

If they're "saving" her, and making her romanceable by a new Shepard in ME3, that...kind of cheapens her character, and her relationship with Shepard. Assuming that the default Shepard in ME3 didn't kill Samara, of course.

Since Default Shepard tends to be Renegade, i doubt new players will be able to "instantly" romance Samara if she is romanceable in ME 3.

I doubt Samara would be there. Either it assumes she's dead, or that she wouldn't stick around for a Renegade Shepard.

This. And I most definitely want to be able to have my Shepard get in the sack with Samara! When you combine love and lust it's a potent, and potentially highly enjoyable, concoction in my experience.

In all honesty, I like the bad Asari girls about as much as I like the good ones. I would have loved to have had a fling with that Asari boss on Miranda's loyalty mission for example. Bring her to the captains quarters and give her a good spanking and teach her lesson.:innocent:
What about Nassana Dantius?
Nassana: Is it credits? Is that what you want?
Shep: I tell you what, come back to my cabin and we'll discuss it.:innocent:
How about that Asari boss on Samara's recruitment mission. I loved those facial tattoos that she had.
