I am mister black but her default has more pop. They should have added a bit of glow and piping. I kind of want to make a retexture.

I can't quite decide if I like her or not yet, I mean as a character she's one of the more interesting ones but I can't justify that code of hers. Such a dualistic perspective is dangerous and stupid. Also, agree on taking it too far with the biotics, I want Mass Effect to stay rooted fairly firmly in real science, he powers strike me as a little too much.

Prefer the squad in their loyalty outfits anyway, Legion looks evil with the red optic =P silver/black plating? Hell yes. Only one I'm iffy with is Zaeed's but...maybe because I don't care enough about his character ^^;;

I've watched Star Wars enough times to say I've lost a considerable ammount of time that I'll never get back... and yet I don't see "The Force" in the biotics shown in ME2. Sometimes I just feel like I'm the only one who just blindly enjoys the story and world set out before us :<

I can't not think about things like this. Even if I can stay in the moment, later I'll go over it with a fine comb.

Hehe, I've been going a little overboard with the whole FRAPS thing (just recently learned about it, as you can see from the influx of screens on my devart page). Interestingly enough, Samara's probably had most of the better caps.

That's for videos while using an unregistered copy of the program, etc.

I really hope to see her back in ME3... And I really hope my Shep have not alienated her during the "nearly kissed" scene

The ME1 love died in a nukeblast, the interesting one in ME2 is not interested... in ME3 the LIs need to work really hard to get sheps loyality & interest in them romantical wise, shes probably cold as ice towards such afflictions by then.

As soon as I'm done with her loyalty quest I change her to the black outfit - I just like it better. Plus the golden forehead band thingy just looks cooler then the red.

This is the reason I think Samara needs a bosum reduction in ME3. We all know Samara's dimensions are an over agressive at, In Zevran's words, "a deadly sex goddess". This kind of fan service detracts from the respect that her regalness deserves. I really wouldn't mind the discrepency between 2 and 3 at all if they did this.

^^ This. That said though, I'd be a little sad if it had to come to that  Soley because people were focusing more on her looks than her personality (the reality of most males...no offense). I adore this character more than any before in ME so far, both because of her personality and (cue double-standards) her looks.

Though why most complain harshly about her outfit is beyond me; it doesn't bother me, and not for the reasons most would assume. We're Human and from a different culture/society, and so we view her, and her clothing (and any other species for that matter) with Human eyes; as a whole - we're uptight. Of course people are going to shoot it down.

But I could just be reading way too much into it, I doubt anyone's thought about it the way I have o_o

Her outfit I don't mind. Its just her diminsions in conjuction with the outfit that really does it i think.

As to the perspective thing... not really. This is a game by humans for humans. Ultimately everything does relate back to human culture. That fictional Alien culture was made by humans. So, I don't think the "alien culture" thing is all that valid.
