Samara has my vote.  I want to see what would become of things, mostly.

My random Samara prediction for the day. Samara has a future in Asari politics. Just like Tali's future may be to serve on the admirality board, Garrus may become a spectre etc. The Justicar's already have a philosophy that is accepted by all the Asari. She may offer views that are more radical but needed in contrast to the Matriarchs that are losing touch with reality.

Thoughts? Comments? Bueller?

They didn't want to kill off the possible LI's from the first game.

For some reason that reminds me of the Central and South American communist banners... Viva La Revolucion.

Samara seems to me to be the hardest to forsee.  She doesn't strike me as being a very skilled politician, or the type.  The other predictions do somewhat seem to fit their individual profiles.

I think she will stay with being a justicar. She doesn't seem interested in politics.

If someone has to be forceful enough to whip the other Matriarchs in to shape, it should be Samara.  If the Asari apply the long-view to everything, then I can't imagine how they would be able to remain competitive of the galactic stage if they don't have someone stern kicking their asses every once in a while.  "Oh, we gave you our technology!"  and, "Oh, we can breed with you!" will eventually lose their charm in the future, if the Asari can't keep up.  It's why Aethyta got laughed out of Asari government.  Aethyta may have been a no-one, clout-wise, but Samara?

You don't think she would like kissing babies? ^_^

I was thinking she could be someone the Asari cling to when chaos erupts due to the Reaper threat. Justicars in general are probably the "dark protectors", they do what is necessery and not just when they are looked upon. But in this case, they might have to take a leadership role.

Neither.   It's my Mass Effect-ified version of the very famous quotation from "Blade Runner".

Morinth would win any race because she would sleep with the opponent, and then kill them. =]

Ah yes "Blade Runner", that was when Harrison Ford was coming into big stardom.  He had 2 "Star Wars" movies and "Indiana Jones" under his belt.  All box office smashes.

You know, if there is a way they choose to write Samara out with a cameo, I would hope it is in an empowering way such as this. She should end up in a position where she can share the powerful experiences she has had in a way to help others, and maybe that would be a way to justify her secret journey of atonement. It would be a much better and practical way to go out than say, "she is back on Thessia rooting out pockets of injustice", it doesn't provide any closure to me. She aims to remain a fighter, so it could be a role where she fights up the ranks of a corrupt government system of something of that sort. But continuing this lonely road doesn't seem like much of a character resolution to me. Am I extrapolating too much?

Would training new Justicars be a satisfying end to her career?    Or some powerful position within the Justicar Order bureaucracy?

Someone's sending them out, or at the least, holding them accountable.  Who's doing the training?    The Justicars do have formal training.   I assumed it was some kind of academy (Police Academy!).
