Yea, pretty sure the super hero thing was what they were going for. Was well done. Not sure about the cleavage though. Not that I'm really complaining.

Her character grew on me. Jack's did too. I like all the characters to a certain degree.  I actually never have been very fond of Miranda's character, believe or not.  I don't hate any of them though.

Her eyes are too pretty to cover with shades.  I wish Jack didn't have the shades either, because I like the outfit she has.

Jack managed to have a completely new and unique outfit so I'm sure its possible... but now that I think about it I can't for the life of me think what a different Samara outfit would look like.

I can't either.  Some people have suggested an Asari commando outfit.  Similar to Morinth's or the Asari commandos in ME1.  Commando leathers wouldn't look bad at all on her.

ya know im sure this been said several times in this thread (i wouldn't know, I don't frequent here) but I do hope Samara returns in ME3.
