Some in game reasons for Lawful Neutral:

- Code does not bring about spiritual enlightenment: seems awfully neutral there

- she wishes not to get to know Code breakers personally, perhaps to lessen the amount of personal guilt that may build up over time

- "I may seem a hero many, but I would kill them all if I had to..."

very unwavering. but we all see moments of compassion from her. I guess you can say her actions are lawful neutral by necessity, while her intentions are lawful good?
