They may be of no consequence, but at least this poll made me think. Poll for most expressive face for a female character in ME2.
http://social.biowar...8100/polls/5784

Another poll that means absolutely nothing.

They're good for a bit of fun.

What made me laugh is how die hard the Tali fans truly are... since they say she has the most expressive face.  I'm a Samara fan but I voted for Miranda because I think she has the most expressive face (tied with Jack).

You should create a poll NICK.  Asking who has the most beautiful face, then list 3 supermodels and Tali.

I would... but I don't want to deal with the crazies afterwards.

I guess they thought thought the flashing light counted as an expression.  Actually... I think Legion has more of an expressive face than Tali.

I voted Jack, she's very... driven by her emotions and expressive with them whether it's being pissed off or being vulnerable/sad. Miranda isn't like that, hell, she was very composed when Jack was shouting and biotically throwing chairs at her. Very different from our asari Justicar who makes efforts to keep her emotions in check. I'd be puzzled by any one who voted for her in this poll.

That's true...no one really should be voting for Samara!  I just thought I'd be fair and add the link to this thread.

It's ok... though I think you should have added Morinth as well.  When she is just talking to Shepard she has some very very creepy expressions.

I think a poll for the opposite gender would be harder.

Probably Grunt.  He has great facial animations, and the exaggerated proportions of his face make his expressions more noticeable.  His facial expressions while he's telling the story about the mechanics of knifing certain species are hilarious.

Oh hell, I forgot about Morinth...she usually dies in my games.

Wait a minute...why are the Asari listed as female in that poll?  They should have their own "mono-gendered" poll.

jib524, I am disappoint.

Five Things Nobody Knows About Samara that you just made up
1. Samara is the youngest of six siblings. The other five are cooks.
2. Samara makes a special visit to her other two daughters once a century.
3. Samara hates arachnid-type creatures. She might find the new Rachni Queen honorable, but she still has images of crushing the Queen under her heel.
4. Samara lost a bet with a Krogan a couple centuries back. She is required to wear her current outfit for five centuries as a fulfillment of the bet.
5. Samara also likes dark places and dark rhythms.

:D

6. Samara does not eat dinner with the crew, she comes late at night to make herself a nice boul of Asari soup and take the leftovers
7. Samara has a weakness for rescuing stray animals. She once had a pet varren, who she had to kill after it drank its own pee pee
8. Samara is obsessive-compulsive, she refuses to step over cracks
9. Samara writes left handed, but does everything else with her right.
10. Samara has a tattoo on her lower back, which she got as a maidan. It is a
picture of an Asari goddess.

Writing from Samara's POV is incredibly difficult, I'm not young but how do you possibly do justice to someone whose 700 years old?

Do you think Morinth matched Samara's biotic powers because it's genetic, she fine tuned her skills, or she absorbed the biotic power of some of her victims?

All three of those. There's little doubt that her powers are augmented through the killing of her victims.

I'm sure she had a natural talent and aptitude just by being Asari, but I would venture a guess that absorbing some of her victims life force may have had a positive effect on her biotic capacity.

I sort of laugh when she says the Ardat Yakshi are the genetic destiny of the Asari. She's only looking at one side of the picture, that each could eventually become a self-sustaining powerhouse, but what of procreation, and genetic variability? Its a classic mad with power story, I'm sure Samara got a taste of this narrow view that Morinth had of her abilities, and deep down probably knew that she of all her daughters wouldn't accept her faith.
