I wouldn't like that...we must settle for nothing less than a full squadmate! I would also like to confess that I also joined the forums to add support for Samara. She deserves it.7Makaveli wrote...
Yea i basically joined here to support Samara as a character. I do like most of the other squad but am intrigued by het the most and it seems like we're gonna have to fight for her to be in the next game.
What do u guys think pf her being brought back as some sort of advisor to Shepard? Seems most people would respect her judgment and it would bring alot of credibility to shepard which for some odd reason seems to be lacking.

I don't know. If you talk to her after the suicude mission she offers you her help, so she is willing to come back. If you think about it, she just helped stop a collosal threat to the galaxy's peace and it's not even over. The Reapers are still out there. Is she going to go back to stopping criminals when an armada of giant machines is on its way to end all organic life? It would seem most logical for her to stay with you and help stop the greatest threat to sentient life...at least I hope so!7Makaveli wrote...
Oh i defnitely want her as a squadmate. I was just thinking of what reason she would have of joining again. Like in ME2 shepard needs her for this mission and also helps her track down morinth. To join him again maybe she will feel the need to offer shepard some guidance especially if he has to seek aid from the asari. Theres definitely alot of lanes we just need to brainstorm.

This thread needs more posts. I'm contributing, samara is awesome. Also, I don't think she will be coming back as a squadmate, but who knows. She tells you in multiple places that when if she survives the mission then she will return and right the wrongs she sees. I don't know if she will recognize the necessity of sticking with shepard, she might.
Oh well, bump.

Samara already is my Shepard's advisor. From a roleplaying perspective, he trusts her more than he trusts some of the ME1 teammates. She's incorruptible.

This thread needs less Tali bashing.
I don't remember too much Tali bashing. I do remember quite a few post about how rabid Tali fans have become in their quest to turn every thread on the boards into a testament to how "great" she is.

Bioware could finagle in an explanation for Samara staying with Shepard by having her say that, technically, her Oath to Shepard hasn't ended - only one step has been completed. The final task would be defeating the Reapers. Unless the Justicar Order is as incompetent as the Council, there is no threat in the galaxy that has the potential to destroy more innocent lives than the Reapers. Samara should be obligated to stay.

That's not really needed in one of your conversations after you kill Morinth she says that because of all you've done for her Samara would help whenever you needed her. So all she has to do is stay. No need to overthink it.

Yes, but I was thinking that individual Justicars can be given tasks by the Order, just as Spectres can be given tasks by the Council at times, even though they are both free of most authority. If she were to be called back, she could claim to still be under the Third Oath.

Oh, and Whatcote?
Copy/paste that into your "Forum Settings" box in the "Profile" tab. Or just find a banner that you want and do the same =P

I'm not quite sure how much of an order there is. It almost seems like once you've gone through the training they let you go off to find injustice and irradicate it as you see fit.

I'm sorry, but I'm a guy. You wrote Eyeglasses and I immediately thought of Samara as a naughty librarian.
