Samara Reaved just a little too hard and warped the thread cross-forum.

Yeah, Samara used those cutscene powers a little there.

Well the other forum isn't clogged any more. This is one is though, but it's a lot slower forum.

I picture this as Samara in her 500's, something about it screams young and inexperienced (as a Justicar). Funny to say that about someone 500 years old.

I wish we could have fun and joke around with Samara like we can with Jack's character. She just isn't the type though.

I dunno how much joking goes on in jack thread, but I would think that we joke around here quite a bit, no? Or do u mean in-game or sommit?

I guess another one of those "things-about-the-Asari-that-sound-like-they-could-be-true-but-aren't" could be that the Asari head-crests start fused to the scalp as infants, grow pointed during childhood, and slowly curve back down against the skull with age.

Both
Jack and Samara are opposites of one another.  Samara is mature and composed, while Jack is young and volatile.  With Jack being a human, I think she is easier to identify and relate to somewhat between the two.  Her personality and interaction with Miranda also opens it up easier for humorous musings.

Playing on the humorous incongruity of Samara doing something out-of-character and unlike herself can only be taken so far until it becomes tiresome and absurd.

Subtle incongruity, though, like Samara's smiles and chuckles, make me laugh, though, not at her, but at the incongruity itself.

Oh ok, definitely. With Jack there is more room for that I would think, because her expressions are more explicit and brash in nature. Although, I think there is still some untapped potential with Samara for that awkward, non-sequituer humour. Seeing as how she is reserved and composed, putting her in bizarre situations does have its comedic value :D

EDIT: I also get the feeling that Samara is good at puns, and innuendos, don't ask why =D

Now that you mention it, heck does anyone actually laugh in ME2?

Samara chuckling or giggling would be a pleasant sight to see.:)

Garrus, though it's more of a bitter laugh.
And Shepard does... during Thane's LM.  If you chose the Renegade option with the guy above the club (not the interupt where you punch him in the gut) and tell him about the bomb that's about to go off... you giggle at the end of it.  It was surprising, and funny XD
Edit: for spelling fail -.-

Samara does smile and chuckle, in-game, during conversations with her.

That's right, boy that sure isn't much though is it?  The game could use a little more laughter I think.  I know hunting the Reapers is serious business, but a little humor with some laughter from the characters  would be nice in ME3.

This is interesting actually. I don't know why but whenever I see an Asari with the long-pointed tentacles, I think youth. Maybe its a trait that's considered attractive among Asari sort of like Deer and long antelopes. Not that I'm likening the two in any way .

I could envision her being good at puns and innuendos myself.

It's a chuckle-mixed-with-laughter.  I can't remember the exact line.

This is really something I wish the writers would add in ME3. Some of the conversations that you hear in the background are a little funny, but it would be nice to have some humor in the actual dialog with the squadmates and other characters in the game.
