Well unfortunately for you, my fanfics aren't planned out down to every detail =P

I have the start and end of Pariah...its the middle I have bugger all with. Any suggestions for adventures on Omega to foster friendship/something more?

I have an idea of the OC's past coming back to royally bite her in the ass, but otherwise...

But, not all Samara's AY children are sociopaths, correct? The other two accept their fate and go into hiding, for the betterment of others.

That depends upon whether or not AY are genetically predisposed towards sociopathy.

Another possible contradiction with the codex.

What does the codex say about sociopathy? If it implies that it is genetic, then that would be absurd.

Look 2 pages back and Pacifien talks about it.  Then me and york talked about it.

I think it would have to be something quite risky for both to be involved for them to really start bonding from it. Ch. 2 had an interesting little mishap, but I think its time to up the ante. Maybe something involving them and Aria's high level cronies, and eventually word getting to Aria. Morinth would get a kick out of ruffling the "big bird's" feathers and Ali'Sha could start flexing her muscle a bit more. I don't know exactly what it could be, but its really up to you. There is a lot of different avenues through which they could start upsetting the chaotic hierarchy of Aria's people and ultimately breaking her rule of "Don't F with her". Destoying a drug shipment, or even kicking around Patriarch lol, she might have a soft spot for him ;)

Heheh, well Ali'sha will take the first "risk" in the third chapter. Funnily enough, I had Aria in mind...*taps chin* I just need to make it all relevant...

Ah-HAH!

Thank you Makaveli! *hugs* :D

"Asari psychologists regard this incapacity for mental fusion as preventing the development of empathy, leading to psychopathy."

But that would disregard any development they had for empathy up until their Ardat-Yakshi traits manifested. Unless perhaps the side effect of the Ardat-Yakshi process over time actually dilutes any development they had for empathy until they cease to possess it altogether.

Hmm, I forgot all about that little part. I had always thought that the sociopathic traits of AY developed as a result of the disturbance and hysteria felt after finding out about how the rest of your life will be like. Asari genetics has got to be the greatest mystery known to reapers ;)

EDIT: @NICK, yes I believe we jumped what 6 pages? That is quite alot by our standards.

Asari genetics.  We didn't get anywhere either, but it was still fun to talk about I suppose.

Edit:  I suppose we learned a thing or two come to think of it.

You know usually Samara's presence keeps my Shepard in check...there are exceptions to this however.

Right, or it could be more of a social factor....if one is treated as an outcast one can become one.  Morinth was the eldest child, correct?

I don't know?   I  don't remember Samara talking about their ages, just that she's the most proud of  Morinth.

I think Samara mentions that Morinth was the eldest of the 3 daughters.

Yes, certianly symbolic of how Samara silently observes Shepard during all this. Evidently because she does know in the end more or less what you're methods are with her reactions to Paragon/Renegade. Of course her third oath renders her as only an observer, but I would think she would have many disagreements even with Paragon. At some points she may just feel as if someone truly does deserve the ultimate punishment for their actions, but a Paragon decision lets them go free. Samara's silent observation is.....compelling to think about.

Always remember; Samara is watching you ;)

Image IPB

Ashira: [thoughtful] Commander's Log, entry 378; so far the mission is going well, although the crew seems to worry about my OCD over these journals...I don't really see the problem, they think I'm crazy but-

Image IPB

Miranda: Shepard! Now? Seriously!?

Mordin: Surprised we have lived this long...

Samara: And I was tempted by that...?

I'm very aware she's always watching. Hell, I make sure not to have her in my party when I shoot Conrad in the foot o_o''' Not that she has any reaction, but I think she'd understand the action to do in the first place. One) he's a moron. Two) If I didn't injury him like that he'd go and get himself killed trying to play hero. Three) He deserved it for being a moron.

I always play Paragade, giving people what they deserve more than sticking close to the law. Face it; prison is just too good for some people., Some of them need to damn well suffer.

Example: Jacob's father. I always leave him in the planet to get ripped into.

I always liked Samara's reaction to it.

"You don't know what they'll do to me!"

"I think we have a reasonable idea."

Kasumi and Legion's are quite good as well, I quite liked them.

Kasumi-> "No, I think we know exactly what'll happen."

Legion-> "Anger increases the creativity of organics...it will be interesting to observe their efforts."

the ending to your last one Ashira:

Joker: Hey, Shepard would you stop with the corny journals, you don't have much time down there

Shepard: *points gun* I'll kill you, I Kill all of you!

Miranda: Shepard, those people are already dead, they blended as you wrote #375 >_>

Samara: Do your journals give you some kind of peace you are missing in your life?

Shepard: *mockingly* No, They do not exist to bring about spiritual enlightenment

Samara: >_>

I find it rather amusing to depict Shepard as a somewhat insane, homocidal maniac that everyone treats like a kid to some degree. However seeing her just seriously enough to put effort into placating Shepard because...well...she could kill them all if she tried. XD

I always imagine Shepards leadership as being highly of the unspoken nature, that would explain how some could be loyal to renegades
