Hmm I would have to play it again and pay attention to get that detail on the VI :)

The hammerhead frogging was ok. On the one hand it got annoying for flying long distances. But then they wouldn't have those "float over lava debris" objectives. Also fighting that biotically protected laser gun was fun too.

He seems to say "please help me" or something similar.  It is more decipherable the last few times that he says it.

That part about destroying that canon got me killed several times at first, until I figured out exactly what was going on.

It was a neat little story I think.  The end was a little dramatic, which is nice I think.

I really liked the Overlord dlc, they did well with it. Still really wish the squaddies commented, had Kasumi and Samara with me.

The ending was dramatic and emotional, and I really liked that "organic hack" moment. You can just see it on Shepard's face "FFUUUU-!" then the team-mates panicking a bit because the Commander's just been seperated from them.

Hmm...any fanfic ideas stemming from the Overlord DLC anyone? I wanted to write something when the memory of it was still fresh but nothing came to me *taps chin* Obviously including Shepard and Samara.

*ahem*

Ash would've done more than just pistol whip the bastard once, she would've been wailing on him with the carniflex by the time Kasumi/Samara hurried in. (because how in the bloody hell did Archer get there without the Hammerhead? The squaddies should've been there first)

I wanted to pistol whip him, but I was texting and couldn't get to my controller fast enough to do the paragon interrupt.

You youngsters and your texting. In my day, we didn't have fancy-schmancy texting and whatnot. We sent smoke signals. And we liked it! :D

Don't think Tech Armor means you can stand outside of cover for any length of time. It will buy you time to move from cover to cover, nothing more.

What about if you stack it with Geth Shield Boost, or Barrier?

Still not a patch on ME1's Immunity Power. I'd say you could prolly get off a few rounds between cover points, but don't expect to be able to withstand rocket launcher attacks or Shockwaves from Scions.

Wha...? No! Nonononono! Tech Armor is about destroying your enemies en masse! Close quarter combat all the way!

Case in point.

Sentinel can be strictly supportive or completely aggressive. Depends on your playing style.

Need a strategy guide? They're good. I promise.

Impressive... what do you think of this sentinel?  Headbutt for the win!

Self quote = instant fail. I know.

 I'm asking for help, oh small legion of devoted fans!

I keep picturing Shepard being pulled off and briefly restrained from beating Archer to death, and then the squaddies see David as well. Ash would be deeply troubled that this was obviously going on while she was still under TIMs thumb (thinking of setting the oneshot after the end of ME2) or even more troubling, what if this happened because she betrayed him?

I don't exactly know what to write with this...the point of it. Ideas? Anyone? Please? :crying:

I learned that the hard way... after 5 deaths in a row on Kasumi's mission

Ashira, it wouldn't have happened because she betrayed him. Trust me things like that take several months to even set up. Doubtless that was in the works before Shepard even woke up.

Hrm, I'll just stick to writing what I know, if barely Image IPB

*mutters* Or not. I was saying the "what if" thought as Shepard having a brief panic moment, cracking just that little bit. I don't know where the hell I'm going with this...:(

During the conversation aboard the Normandy, after you help Samara kill Morinth, Samara says that the Asari can't cure the AY condition because they don't have magic.

This being said by the woman who is a master of biotics, which, by itself, essentially amounts to magic, justified with science fiction-y technobabble

If you could say one thing to Samara, that wouldn't reveal to her any meta-knowledge she couldn't possibly know herself through in-game events, and that couldn't be perceived as creepy, what would you say to her?  It would be you saying it, or you as Shepard, or create one thing to say for both instances.

As Me: How do you deal with living by a Code that restricts your personal freedoms so much and how could you give up all that you know for the sake of the greater good? It's a very admirable thing you are doing.

as Eric Shepard: "We've both chosen a path of self-sacrifice so that innocents will live... I do not think the Universe will begrudge us a measure of solace."

as myself: " I too have willingly sacrificed a daughter, even if our reasons differ; it is a wound that never heals... No parent should have to bear this alone.

Cool idea, I'll give it a whirl. Not all of my Shepards would be able to abide by the 'non-creepy' part of this scenario though.

Devon Shepard: "Samara, I'm really glad to have you on my team, I want you to know that I respect and admire you a great deal. You have been a tremendous asset to the mission, and I will always come to your aid should you ever find yourself needing my help."

Ashley Shepard: "Samara, I've had it with your self-righteous moralizing and your veiled threats. Morinth will be more useful to me." (Allows Morinth to kill Samara) Yes, one of my characters actually killed Samara.

Martín Shepard: "Samara, hey, what's up? Have you seen Miranda?"

Simone Shepard: "Samara, you say that part of your life is over, that you and I can't work as a couple. But why not give it a try? What if there is just a hint of a possibility that things could work? Is it possible that your denying yourself out of habit more than anything else?" (Of course Samara would still turn her down, because Samara doesn't need Shepard's drama)

Ethan Shepard: "Samara, I think it's totally uncool that you're so hot and you don't want to get with me. What's with the outfit if you're not up for a little slap-and-tickle? Jeez, you're a buzzkill."

Leah Shepard: "Samara, hello. I was hoping you could give me an impartial evaluation of the various upgrades I'm proposing for the Normandy and for our collective suite of weapons. How would you allocate our resources, given what you know of our ultimate goal?"

Hmmmm...

Tristan Shepard: "I'm aware of Morinth's condition, but was it really necessary to kill her? She was your daughter. I fail to see how you were acting mercifully."

Lilith Shepard: "Damn, b***h. You're cold."

Audrey Shepard: "Samara, I can understand your hesitation, and I won't press the issue...but regardless of what happens on this mission and beyond, my feelings remain the same. I know my own life lasts only so long, but...I'm willing to wait."

Erasmus Shepard: "Look, uh, no offense; but why don't you stay on the observation deck and chill out? I'll just call Miranda if I need biotics."

And while there seems to be some fanart floating around...I'll risk it.
Please take it with a grain of salt; it was certainly intended to be.
