Twlight is, 90% of politicians are, and  all of the Justin Bieber like "Musicians". This wolrd will not last long, so we need to GTFO Earth IMO.

The ball which they hurl at an immortal race of sentient dark machines to save the entire galaxy in a kamikaze? Exactly what I meant ;D

In a serious sense, I think Samara there might have foreshadowed that humanity is going to have a primary role in saving the galaxy, because everyone is supposedly waiting for them to do something big.  I might be reading to much into that, but it would be pretty silly if that is what's implied.
