I think Samara would handle the Balak situation, the way she handled the Nihlus situation.

Agreed. Assuming the code might sacrafice innocents for 'the greater good' is currently speculation.

So, who's bringing Samara on the missions in the new Liara DLC, for Team Blueberry?

lol york XD

*ahem* I'll be bringing her along, of course. I bring her on every mission O.o

I'm looking forward to see how they handle it, but I'm worried if it'll be a letdown for the Liara fans. I honestly hope that it won't be, but lord in heaven help the forum survive if it is. :crying:

In other news, just a general wondering because I watched it the other day->

What do you think Samara would think/make of this film?

I think Samara would be particularly keen on taking someone like the Shadow Broker down. Oh, so would Thane. Man, totally taking Samara and Thane!

Of course Samara will come, after all the Shadow Broker did his part in aiding Morinth in her escapes ;). Will Liara get to be on the squad too? Should be fun to have both of them in the same squad, if its not too greedy to ask ^_^.

In terms of Liam Neeson's acting? She would find it rather bland compared to his other films...

I think it would be her kind of movie! Full of action, suspense, and a kickass "rescue chase" premise not unlike some she probably has been on herself :D

I think of Thane going after Irikah's killers when I think of Taken. I don't think Samara could stand that level of brutality. Grant quick justice, quick death.

Still think that level of brutality goes beyond the Code. Maybe in the early days of her training she had that urge, but she is far too deep in her Justicar training to let such feelings get in the way now.

Sorry for bringing the crude to this shindig; but does somebody else break down giggling when those words are mentioned in conjunction with Samara?

I never did get to watch "Taken" after the point he finds the abductor at the airport. Does Liam Neeson's character really get that brutal?

'Taken' was one of the most enjoyable movie experiences I've had in years! Neeson was ice-cold in that one. Torturing kidnappers, shooting people in the face at point-blank range, etc. I fully admit to almost cheering when he snaps that one guy's neck.

:o:lol:

@Pacifien: I'm sure Samara can somewhat tolerate the brutality in the movie, seeing as how she's spent a majority of her lifetime tossing around mercs and squishing thier necks, either as a Justicar or Merc.

I just realised something.

Crushing someone's throat and breaking their spine(neck) with your heel isn't brutal?

Ah, but the view during the process makes up for it, remember?

It's quick. That's what I think Justicars do.
