Basic Tarot Meaning
The Hanged Man is perhaps
the most fascinating card in the deck. It reflects the story of Odin who
offered himself as a sacrifice in order to gain knowledge. Hanging from
the world tree, wounded by a spear, given no bread or mead, he hung for
nine days. On the last day, he saw on the ground runes that had fallen
from the tree, understood their meaning, and, coming down, scooped them
up for his own. All knowledge is to be found in these runes.
The Hanged Man, in similar fashion, is a card about suspension,
not life or death. This is a time of trial or meditation, selflessness,
sacrifice, prophecy. The Querent stops resisting; instead he makes
himself vulnerable, sacrifices his position or opposition, and in doing
so, gains illumination. Answers that eluded him become clear, solutions
to problems are found. He sees the world differently, has almost
mystical insights. This card can also imply a time when everything just
stands still, a time of rest and reflection before moving on. Things
will continue on in a moment, but for now, they float, timeless.
This card signifies a time of insight so deep that, for a moment,
nothing but that insight exists. The Hanged Man symbolizes such moments of
suspension between physical and mystical worlds. Such moments don't
last, and they usually require some kind of sacrifice. Sacrifice of a
belief or perspective, a wish, dream, hope, money, time or even
selfhood. In order to gain, you must give. Sometimes you need to
sacrifice cherished positions, open yourself to other truths, other
perspectives in order to find solutions, in order to bring about change.
One thing is certain, whether the insight is great or small, spiritual
or mundane, once you have been the Hanged Man you never see things quite
the same.

You have to look at the card, the hanged man isn't a victim

In the eyes of a justicar,
The unsuspecting stranger
Had better know the truth of wrong from right,
Cuz the eyes of a justicar are upon you,
Any wrong you do she's gonna see,
When youre on Thessia look behind you,
Cuz that's where the justicar's gonna be

Samara is a little dainty, so I've never though of her as "heavy-set", but she does have wide hips, and powerful-looking thighs. I can imagine that Samara is very meticulous about her physical fitness, as it can only help her with her duties. And, of course, she does have that "strong jaw bone".
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I think Samara would think poorly of those stereotypical obese, donut-eating cops. She would probably question their dedication to their duties.
Well, this *is* a video game, so the high heels, revealing outfit, and *ahem* 'assets' are to be expected. I'd honestly expect a more utilitarian outfit (actual armor!) for a Justicar, as well as a more 'athletic' body type. Same thing with Miranda, heels need to not be worn in combat, it breaks my suspension of disbelief pretty hard. It's also worth noting that the matriarch-age asari we've seen tend to have a certain body type...

It would have been better if they just wore those outfits aboard ship, and they could change into some armor whenever you bring them on missions.Terraneaux wrote...

There's a massive artistic undertaking. Design proper armor for... I guess nine squadmates since Tali, Garrus, and Legion are good to go. Grunt sort of is, but his arms are still bare even though he has his nice articulated helmet thing.JohnnyDollar wrote...

We had plenty of armor for the squadmates in ME1. I don't necessarily want them to bring back that same system.
I don't mind them wearing high heels on ship or whenever you recruit them for example, but nearly every enemy in the game wears armor. It would add to the game a little, I think, if they could wear armor in combat.

I've never heard of "Team Fortress", but from what little I gleaned from Wikipedia it looks lame. I hate FPS's.
It's a highly-stylized (cartoony), none-too-serious FPS, with multiple classes, each with its own role and weapons and utilities, and multiple game modes, like capture-the-point, capture-the-flag, arena team deathmatch, things like that.
I play it a lot.

Most shooters that I have played, gave me headaches. I find them a bit boring and too repetitive also. Criysis and COD World at war were the last ones that I played. They are pretty cool I suppose, but I have to take breaks quite often when playing them.
TF2 is less twitchy than COD, because the weapns are imprecise, for class balance reasons. The only time it gets twitchy is when you're looking around for Spies, or when you're in melee with someone.
I don't know why that artist thinks Samara would be The Soldier, unless it's supposed to be a cynical analysis of Samara's character. The Soldier didn't enlist for WWII, he just showed up in Europe, with his rocket launcher, and started fighting.

What would Samara be then?
No one class describes her.
EDIT: Some of these class assignments make sense, like Garrus, as The Sniper. Others make a little bit of sense. Tali as The Scout, because she uses a shotgun, and because she's young, I guess? Jacob as the Demo makes no sense, though I think the reasoning is very obvious.
