It would have been better if they just wore those outfits aboard ship, and they could change into some armor whenever you bring them on missions.

That would be ideal.  I hope they go this route in ME3.

Another pet peeve of mine is the lack of pressure suits on some characters (Jack, Samara/Morinth, Grunt, Zaeed, Miranda, maybe Kasumi and Jacob I don't remember).  If you're in vacuum and you don't have a pressure suit... your blood boils and you die.

What would Samara be then?

No one class describes her.

EDIT: Some of these class assignments make sense, like Garrus, as The Sniper.  Others make a little bit of sense.  Tali as The Scout, because she uses a shotgun, and because she's young, I guess?  Jacob as the Demo makes no sense, though I think the reasoning is very obvious.

None of these are anywhere near perfect fits, except perhaps Garrus=Sniper.  Samara doesn't really match up to any of the classes too well, you're right.  But, for instance, Legion is nothing like the personality of the Engineer... but it's funny to imagine him as such because of his 'techie' status.  Zaeed would map pretty closely to the Soldier, actually...

I thought Mordin as the good Doktor and Grunt as Heavy was great.

Miranda as the Announcer is also inspired.

WIP cosplay n7 armor. I believe most of it is made out of a foam padding, like what is placed underneath exercise equipment.

Precisely. I was also annoyed by it, especially after ME1 made the effort of providing pressure suits (with automatic helmet toggles in hostile environments). It made ME1 look like it was a notch above in the world of contemporary sci-fi-themed games. Too bad artistic license took over in ME2: even the helmet wearing badasses (Zaeed and Grunt) show off their tattoed brawn in hard vaccuum! Posted Image

Given the number of outfits created for the game, creating 9 pairs of custom casual/armor sets is not a big deal... there's mods out there to customize Shep piecemeal using any of these components.

I would say Zaeed is good to go as well. I don't think Grunt necessarily needs anything around his arms. Samara is wearing what looks at least like some protection.

We had plenty of armor for the squadmates in ME1.  I don't necessarily want them to bring back that same system.

Good lord, I don't ever want to return to the inventory system of ME1. I can work on a modified inventory system, but never ever the one from ME1.

I can see some people willing to overlook Grunt's bare arms, but I just keep thinking of the story of Joseph Kittinger's free fall attempts where his right glove malfunctioned on the pressurization. A hand swelling to twice its normal size just... sounds painful... I think he still holds that free fall record.

Anyway, even though I know better, sometimes I can overlook such oversights in science. Otherwise my ability to enjoy science fiction would be less than 1% of the science fiction in existence. But still... twice the normal size. Ow.

If Tali can wear a skin-tight environmental suit, I could see them making a variation of Samara's outfit that doesn't have that plunging neckline and a decent helmet. Getting Jack in an armor that still gives you that Jack vibe would be more difficult.

Her breasts are fine the way they are..... so well-rounded.

For the threads sake we might want to get of the topic of her nice breasts because im going to start drinking in a couple hours and we do NOT want to be on that topic when im drunk lol.

The first thing I see on my phone after I get off the plane is Liara DLC, and I may have cheered in the middle of a crowded air port. Now I hope it doesn't get released during the week I am away, or I may punch a baby. What'd I miss Samaritans?

She would protect the lives of many innocents by helping Shepard take down the Reapers.

And Remember: Her Code forces her to protect the lives of innocents and even die for them.

but nobody says she has to be on Shepard squad to do that...that is why i fear she will only be a NPC in ME3

The same could be said of pretty much any squadmate with some amount of influence.

I'm guessing the code compels her to save the most innocents possible. So if she goes back to being a justicar she saves at most 1,000 lives. If she stays with Shepard, she saves billions of lives. That and she can become friends with Shepard are the two main reasons I'm going with her staying on the team.

In the upcoming shadowbroker DLC, do you think Samara has her own personal score to settle with the shadow broker? Maybe he corrupted some people or did something else against the code. Or maybe she bought a cure for the AY disease from SB but it didn't work, so she became a justicar?

I don't know what to think.  In ME1, the SB was pretty neutral, playing both the good and bad sides.  In ME2, he's made out to be "bad".  Samara might go with the "fruit from the poisonous tree"  justification.

I don't know if any squadmate will have dialogue for the new DLC.

I hope so, but it's not likely.

If the DLC  includes Shepard being able to advise Liara with what to do with the Shadow Broker and his empire, I'd love to hear Samara voice her opinion.
