She needs a nice pair of sophisticated clear eye glasses, with any future possible appearance pack that may be released. ;)

I dislike the woman, but do you think Sarah Palin's glasses would work on Samara?

Umm, perhaps something similar to that, yes.

-edit. Samara's eyes looking amazing, however, they're more often than not just staring blankly. Not especially 'expressive'.

perhaps expressive was the wrong word to use, though the sheer intensity of her gaze made it seem so...seeing those pics of Jack makes me appreciate the effort Bioware put into the eye animations in general

Jack looks at you.  Samara looks through you.  She's not just seeing who she's beholding, she's seeing what constitues who they are.  Personality, moral convictions, and so on.  It goes with who she is, and what she does.

Out of the dozens of screen captures I have of the character, I think this is probably the best in terms of her eyes reflecting some sort of emotion...

That's probably the best scene to see the expressiveness in her eyes, yes.  The hurt she shows...hurts.

When you kick ass as much as she does... you wouldd look laid back as well.

She can kick ass while wearing platform heels.  Everything else just comes naturally, after that.

Do you think asari get sunburnt? If they do, do they turn purple?

Depends on their skin tone I guess...

On a seperate note, I think they blush black.

Kaldorei (WoW) do the same because of both their skin and blood colour.

*lore whore for WoW*

That does make sense. Is asari blood purple or black? I haven't played ME2 in a really long time.

Pinkish red in the game, in the latest book it's described as the same color red as a humans.

They're really pushing to make asari and humans similar.  Difference in blood color is usually the first place to start in sci-fi and fantasy to represent alien-ness.

I hope they don't pull the asari-are-modified-humans/humans-are-modified-asari shtick in ME3, that we talked about earlier.

Superheroines kick ass with perma-wedgies.  Ask Wonder Woman and Power Girl.  It comes with the territory, but they make it work.

completely off-topic... after hearing about what Cerberus does and the mindset of TIM in the most recent book... I've decided that I'm letting the crew get abducted and "all" turned into Reaper goo.

What happened to TIM, DOYOURLABS? Get tired of his smug cigarette-smoking?

After reading Retribution, I no longer believe TIM has the right intentions, and I hate cerberus with the white hot intensity of the sun in TIM's background.  Also, Joker's humor is the same as mine. And Seth Green is the man.

Agreed, it's one of the many reasons for her being the most awesome justicar ever.

Why? I don't want you to spoil it, because I haven't read the book yet. Just curious as to your reasoning.

Heh, I've always thought Cerberus was bad news but that's honestly because I just don't see their reasoning. I mean their analogue in Star Trek, Section 31 usually only reared its ugly head when things were getting honestly hairy for humanity. And you could almost see their reasoning before they totally disappeared into the wood work again.

Cerberus is so totally not Section 31. For one thing TIM can't keep decent control over any of his people. Two except for the Reapers where's the huge threat to humanity? I'm just not seeing it? Where is the threat that justifies all the horrible things Cerberus sanctions? Yes the Reapers, but TIM has only known about them for two years, that doesn't explain what they did to Jack and the other children, or what they did on Akuze, or etc just keep filling in horrific experiments and torturing people.

Cerberus is just a bunch of haters trying to justify their hate.

PS: I so hope Aria strings up TIM in ME3 and flays him with her mind as well as the actual killer of her daughter.

Not like that, Liselle's death was painless. TIM needs to suffer.
