PS: I so hope Aria strings up TIM in ME3 and flays him with her mind as well as the actual killer of her daughter.

Not like that, Liselle's death was painless. TIM needs to suffer.

Maybe... the thing is it only happened because that guy hated aliens so much, there was no reason to kill Liselle.  It's not as if Aria would have went chasing off after Cerberus to get Grayson back after all.

PS and we should probably take this conversation to the group since it's not on Samara :)

Please, for the sake of my sanity, do not compare or link anything about that woman to Samara :crying:

*really, really doesn't like her*

Too bad Warcraft lore takes a back-seat
to creating more content for WoW, eh?  Warcraft's lore is enjoyable,
despite all of the retcons.

Indeed, I try to ignore that and just pay attention to the stories unfolding. I recently go access to my account again through Battle.net so I'll certainly be returning for Cataclysm. Worgen ftw B)

Heh, I've always thought Cerberus was bad news but that's honestly because I just don't see their reasoning. I mean their analogue in Star Trek, Section 31 usually only reared its ugly head when things were getting honestly hairy for humanity. And you could almost see their reasoning before they totally disappeared into the wood work again.

Cerberus is so totally not Section 31. For one thing TIM can't keep decent control over any of his people. Two except for the Reapers where's the huge threat to humanity? I'm just not seeing it? Where is the threat that justifies all the horrible things Cerberus sanctions? Yes the Reapers, but TIM has only known about them for two years, that doesn't explain what they did to Jack and the other children, or what they did on Akuze, or etc just keep filling in horrific experiments and torturing people.

Cerberus is just a bunch of haters trying to justify their hate.

PS: I so hope Aria strings up TIM in ME3 and flays him with her mind as well as the actual killer of her daughter.

Wait, What did Cerberus do on Akuze?

Did the new book confirm that Cerberus did let the threshers loose?

I don't think so, but the game makes it pretty clear.

How about not comparing her to any human politicians as she's not petty or fickle. :P

Do you think Samara would ever overthrow a government if it's members were corrupt, or if the laws were unjust? I personally think she would, but would stay to make sure no innocents were harmed in the inevitable violence that follows.

It is a busy day in Washington, with many scumbal- I mean politicans hard at work.
POL1: Which charity should we borrow from today!
POl2:How about firefighter orphans!
POL3: YAh just a waste of money, not like they matter really.

Samara enters the building.
S: Excuse me everyone in this building but could the pages, cleaning staff, it department and anyone not elected or appointed leave.

S: FIND PEACE IN THE EMBRACE OF THE GODESS.

A couple of hours later Samara leaves the world with a new governement and refuses all reward or honours. Another day another serving of Justicar goodness.

Nah, there are Oaths of Subsumation that prevent Justicars from taking over asari government.  Justicars aren't, technically, supposed to leave asari space, so they would probably know to keep their hands clean of government matters.

I think it would depend on how terrible and corrupt the government is. I mean, if it was bad enough, I think our favorite Justicar would really be going to town taking down that type of government.

An update on the Shepard & Samara picture.  There are some things that were added that I'm not sure I like.  The picture is finishing completion, though.  I really like the way that they are holding hands.  The way Shepard is holding Samara's hand is very "gentlemanly".

Who else is reading the Retribution novel.  I know Kudara, Doyourlabs, and york are.  I just ordered a copy from Amazon.  It'll be arriving next week.

I'm going to have the artist remove the reflective floor.  I think it distracts the eye and is unnecessarily opulent for the mood and setting of the scene.
