There aren't any stats displayed, so I don't even know if it does anything or not.  Probably not.  That Quarian shield upgrade provides one heck of a boost though.;)

maybe in the shape of the face, but the similarity isn't too apparent to me. Liara's appearance has changed though. Her jawline isn't as rounded as it used to be.

Liara looks more like an adult now, instead of a teenager.  I was always sorta iffy at how young she looked in ME.  Honestly I like her looks better in ME2, I don't feel like quite such a cradle robber. :blush:

I know what you mean Kudara. She looks like a teenager in ME1. It looks like she aged more than 2 yrs in these latest screenshots. Which probably should be the case, considering how much stress she has endured.

They (the designers) are not afraid to make some substantial changes in faces



Couple years does alot for an Asari, wonder what Samara will look like in ME3 ^_^



Being a little stress free personally should garner some changes :D /raised expectations

Liara does look older now. I like her new look. She looks weary. Her appearance will make the resolution of the Shadow Broker content more meaningful to her, and to the player. I'll bring Samara on my first run of the Shadow Broker content.

There's an asari dead on the ground, in one of the screenshots from the Shadow Broker preview. If innocent civilians are being killed, Samara would definitely have something to say about the matter.

There was that other guy who posted a thread about his fanfiction.   He had a website set up for it, too.  It was...kind of forgettable.  Not good, not bad, but it didn't make an impression.

I like her new appearance as well. It's still HER, but with a more detailed complexion. She seems more care worn than physically older, which suits her recent history just fine.

I'll be bringing Samara along as well... if only for her paragon stare, and Garrus. But considering that some sort of mission against the Shadowbroker WAS in the original game plan, we may actually be surprised with some actual squad interaction from previously-recorded VA... And I do have a FemShep in love with Liara, even if she's not my "canon" playthrough, so Lorna Shepard has a deeper personal stake in that DLC.

But as I said previously, I'm actually more curious about the mechanics of the DLC and their potential impact on ME3 design and plot.

Everyone is taking my humor a little too seriously. I'm just remarking on how she looks greener in that screen shot... the way Morinth looks a litte green when she isn't pretending to me Samara.
