Well I was trying to make the BDA appear in ME2, with no significant success. So I decided to delete and re-download the BDA so that it would register for both games. But on my list of redeemed items I can't find the BDA. Not surprisingly, perhaps, since I registered it through the game and not the social site. In any way, the BDA should logically be registered on this EA account that I've used for both Dragon Age and ME2 ever since I bought them.
So is there any way for me to re-download it? Or am I forced to procure a new copy (plans on maybe getting the PC version for the toolkit) with the BDA and redeem a new code? Problem is, given that all of my current save files have the BDA active I can't play any of them any more, which kinda sucks since I've spent a ridiculous amount of time on them.
Blood Dragon Armor lost, code useless and I can't re-download

Try going into your DLC list from inside the game. I know when I cancelled the DL it appeared as 'purchased' and I was able to highlight the DLC and download it. Does it show as purchased or downloaded in your DLC list from inside the game?

Try accessing the xbox marketplace and your purchase history? I see the armor appears there and you should be able to queue it up to redownload:
