it says i need to find jarvia and i know i need a finger bone token to do this so i did all the talking to the people and killed the thugs in the slums house but they did not drop the token please help i have been trying to do this for hours!

Intimidate them into giving you the token instead of killing them. Maybe you won't run into this problem when you do that. Otherwise, I'd just say keep reloading and killing them until it works.
You are killing the dudes in the corner house in the slums correct? They only appear after you talk to the cripple about where to get the finger bone token. Make sure you talk to her first before killing them. That might be the problem too. Never know.
