So how is that lawsuit against 4chan going, and Encyclopedia Dramatica going?
Typical. Instead of refuting points, you resort to making empty threats.
You aren't any better than the "gay bashers" that you claim to be against.
I wasn't talking about going after bioware, I was talking about going after individuals. It seems very unlikely that this would even be legally possible, but hey it's worth a shot.
At the very least some of the kids reading this forum might take the time to consider the seriousness of posting hateful/ intolerant speech even on something as silly as an internet forum.
I can't say I've experienced this type of hate personally (I'm a WASP heterosexual male in the Southern US which makes me rather unlikely to experience discrimination) but I have seen the destructive effects of this cultural intolerance on many people that I have great respect for.
Words can hurt worse than thrown rocks, especially when they are aimed at young people. I will not stand by and watch idiots merrily attack those that they percieve to be weaker and defective, even on an anonymous internet forum. Those of you here that count yourselves as decent people should also refuse to sit idle while this type of abuse is ongoing.
Once again. Please, tell me how that lawsuit is going agains the people of 4chan, and Encyclopedia Dramatica?
It isn't. You have no merits whatsoever to sue someone because they hurt your fellings.
Welcome to the internet, idiot. Now sue me!

Honestly, the argument against it seems to boils down to "it's icky". And frankly, if you think that way, then the rules of this forum prevent me from telling you what I think about you. *shrugs*
A)there should be a homosexual male relationship option just for the sake of being and
And to make it even better you claim you would insult me if it weren't for the forum rules just because I think it's ridiculous for male Shepard to suddenly and inexplicably change his sexual preferences from one game to another.

Female is how humans would describe them. I bet if you asked an asari, they would tell you that they have no sex or sense of gender. They are all one.
Ask Liara in ME1 when you are a female. If you are going to be ignorant about the universe I don't think you should even be arguing since you are obviously ignorant to the issue at hand.
Oh boy, stupid Bioware was all wrong about their universe. They should've consulted this dude before they wrote their codex refering to asari as female.

You're correct.
But this gender argument wouldn't fly in my language, since we have only one term for sex/gender. So in Polsih Asari are sex/gender females. So femShep is lesbian in some playthroughs.

I'll take Bioware's word over a typo on the codex.
Their sex is all-female. Gender is different than sex.
Female is how they describe themselves. They use female pronouns when referring to other asari. Samara specifically refers to another asari as her daughter. Liara refers to Benezia as her mother.
But, you stated that "female is how humans would describe them." Such as, say, a female Shepard. Who can have sex with them. You're trying very, very hard to make the point that FemShep can't have sex with another woman, because you painted yourself into a corner, but, as expected, give you enough time and you'll make the point for me.

Hate crimes (also known as bias-motivated crimes) occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her perceived membership in a certain social group, usually defined by racial group, religion, sexual orientation, disability, class, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, gender identity, or political affiliation.
"Hate crime" generally refers to criminal acts which are seen to have been motivated by hatred of one or more of the listed conditions. Incidents may involve physical assault, damage to property, bullying, harassment, verbal abuse or insults, or offensive graffiti or letters (hate mail).

Man on man romance would only hurt the overall image of Shepherd as an icon, whether the gay community argues this point or not.
Some people have such an odd perception. So Shepard can't be gay because it might "hurt" his/her image?
Funny, I thought sacrificing the council would do this, or punching a scientist to help them relax, or joining an organisation with a history of sentient experimentation, or drinking alcohol, or romancing aliens, or watching semi-nude dancers, or accepting bribes, or chooosing to save an industry over a colony. Hey Shepard, feel free to kill, torture, sex up aliens, or blackmail as many people as you want but god forbid you be gay, that might just ruin your image and iconic status!
I'd prefer if Bioware simply stated that it made their writers uncomfortable than listen to some of the nonsensical excuses made by fans.
LOL, THIS!

Honey, I just SS this and sent it to a very good (gay) friend of mine.
He laughed. Hard.
This is the INTERNET. If you want to file a hate-crime lawsuit against someone, I recommend Fred Phelps of Westboro Baptist Church. He actually DOES do hate crimes.
I don't see these guys out here with signs that say "****s die, God laughs."
They have an opinion. They have every right to voice it. Just because you don't agree with it does not mean you can pull the "hate-crime" card. Even most gays would say you're over reacting.
Chill out. Have a cookie, and calm down. This is the internet. You must be new here.

No surprise that you don't know two of the largest gathering places of hate on the internet. You are truly ignorant to the internet are you not?
Let me guide you through the process. First, you need to make a case that people are doing "hate crimes." Has someone on these forums beat you up? Has someone threatened to kill all gays? No, they haven't.
Let us say you do get passed somehow with your outlandish claims. Then, your lawyer has to go through both Bioware, and EA. Get the IP Address. Then they would have to go to the ISP, and find out who the person is.
Unless someone sent you a death thread, then you have no merett for a lawsuit at all. Or if they said they would physically harm you.
Like I said. Welcome to the internet, idiot. Oh, did I hurt your feelings calling you an idiot? I must be charged with hate crimes because I just insulted a mentally challenged person (you) on the internet.
Sue me!
I would love to be your lawyer friend. You know why? Because I can easily get money from consulting you on something that won't go far at all.
